Was trying to buy optics , got told to scan in and they'll help. I was told I was second in line. They skipped over me and I had waited 40 minute , left to another store maybe 20 mins and bought it. Usually they're good about helping.

This Bass Pro Shops is huge. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed into an outdoor world, surrounded by stuffed wildlife, plant life, and even waterfalls. You could easily spend hours, perusing through countless brands, apparel, footware, cookware, and firearms.Since we purchased many items, Customer Service was gracious enough to help us place the orders online and have them delivered to to our home. Do not hesitate to stop by Bass Pro Shops. You will definitely walk out with good quality items and receive stellar customer service.

Generally, I like bass pro. However, if you're looking for a tracker vehicle, don't talk to Bruce. Probably the most unhelpful sales person I've met in the last 20 years. He really does like being bothered by questions about how loud the vehicle was, how much the different option packages were, and other simple questions.

If I could give this BPS ZERO STARS I WOULD. Specially the gun area. THEY ARE RACIST AF. They denied me from purchasing a gun after I filled out the background check they told me that they weren't letting me buy the gun because they were assuming I was buying the gun for someone else. But they where letting the WHITE family purchase TWO rifles for their twin boys. F*** BPS. Will never step foot in this business ever again.

Spent a good 45 minutes waiting to purchase binoculars. NOT ONE employee asked to help or even acknowledged we were even standing there. Even asked one, that I had to stop, if they had anyone to help. He replied nope not right now. Walked off ...so we did too. Just left at 12:30

Tell your racist Gun-Ho security guard to chill. I believe he was white, older, had greying blonde hair, and was at the parking lot entrance. The lines were long and the customer service representative directed some people in our line to his desk. This guy calls me out out of the 3 customers and tries to accuse me of stealing. He backed down after I informed him the situation, but he only did it to me and not the white customers.

The man working as we walked in hollered out hey lady you can't have that stroller in here! Wow!! We wanted to Christmas shop and had a 3 year old in a mall stroller! DO BETTER!!!!!! Other stores couldn't believe they wouldn't allow it in their store!!!

Ordered a gun online and went to pick it up but waited 1 hour and could not get any help. They have a waiting system and even though there was only one other person waiting I could not get any help. They made us wait while they took 2 walk ups and sold them guns and did their paperwork. They can just keep their guns, I'll shop local gun shops that have customer service.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to pick up a gun purchased online and observed the staff taking people out of order and being rude to customers when questioned about it. A manager named Steven came over to help but didn't actually do anything. Cancelling our order and not shopping here any more. Not worth the small savings compared to other stores.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and selection! Do not believe their website, even if it says, they have it in stock in store, chances are they don't, and if they do, the employees won't know where to find it anyhow. Complete waste of time, and I grew up shopping at this bass pro and used to love it, such a shame to see how downhill their buyers have gone, it's been a long time since I've seen a store so full of crap, yet almost nothing worth buying, and even if you find what you're looking for, from hats and gloves, to gun accessories, and everything in between, (which is a gamble at best), chances are, it will be the cheap, crappy version, and not what was advertised on their website. Huge waste of time, and grossly disappointing, save yourself the trouble, and just order from somewhere online.

Like most Bass Pro Shops.. great variety of quality products. But if you need help.. that’s hard to find because they are so busy. If you need help with anything in the hunting area you have to take a number from the gun counter, that means that you have to wait a long time for all the folks buying guns which isn’t a fast process.

I've been to Bass Pro Shops many times in my life but this is the first time I've ever had such a wonderful shopping experience, and it was because of the people there. I needed to pick up some things from the fishing department, and as I exit my vehicle a young man in his BPS uniform is also walking into the store and we talk on the way in. While shopping in the fishing department I meet the young man I walked in with...Eli and we talk about fishing reels and fishing in general. I also meet Kathy while at the counter and we talk about Small Mouth fishing and the best lures based on where I'm going. She wasn't quoting something out of a "fishing textbook", she knew her stuff! Throughout the hour I was in the department I would talk with Kathy or Eli about different things I was looking for. I have been out of the fishing world for quite some time, and Eli introduced me to the newest craze...Whopper Toppers. Bottom line...it was Eli and Kathy made this shopping trip memorable AND enjoyable. This versus the hundreds of other visits I have made to BPS that were quickly forgotten after I paid and walked out the door. Many thinks to Eli and Kathy...you made this visit the most memorable one I've had at BPS.
