This was my first new car purchase. Felt rushed because the vehicle was in high demand. Felt disrespected when negotiating, as any buyer would do anyway. My purchase did not seem to be valued/discriminatory vibes for sure as I watched other purchases at that same time. No congratulations, no thank you for your service, no bow, no picture, no handshake. Had to replace my tire after having the car for only 4 months. Was able to replace under tire warranty. The staff could not simply provide me with their warranty options. Took over 7 business days for them to tell me the answer. Won’t recommend to anyone.

We're thirty year Beaman customers with three new Toyota's during that time. We feel new cars are as good as their service provider. Daniel Garza, your new assistant service manager, made our recent annual service visit a most pleasant experience. He's a very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, customer orientated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who represents Beaman best. We have full confidence in him and his advice as to our needs. We hope to deal with him for years.P.S. Your new facility is great!

I had a truly amazing experience with Beaman Toyota! I started out at another location closer to my house and they were extremely unhelpful. I went to Beaman the day after, they set me up with Will Taylor and Will was awesome! He assured me that they would take care of me and not only did he hold true to his word but Will and all of the staff went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure it was a great experience. It’s no secret people can go in to a dealership feeling like salesman are being too pushy which I have experienced before. I felt extremely comfortable at Beaman and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for a great experience!

I waited while my vehicle received routine maintenance. My agent Robbie was cordial and knowledgeable about my car's care needs. When I asked a question he wasn't sure how to answer, he looked up my car's past care history and he consulted with another team member to make sure he was providing me with the best info and the best results for my car's performance. Robbie was also able to find a discount coupon for one of the services I received. I was very pleased with the overall service experience I had at Beaman Toyota. I always return to Beaman feeling confident that the service I'll receive will be the best.

Drive my car there for a complete diagnostic. Had issues with the car shutting off randomly while driving. After half a day of “testing” they say they believe it’s my spark plugs. 4 cylinder. They wanted $1600 for that. Also they quoted me another $1100 for fluid flushes. I informed them I will be picking my car up expeditiously! Once there, they were not even able to get my car started, which I drove there in the day before. Longer story short, I payed them $225 and had to pay another $125 to have it towed home. Which I had it fixed, for all of about $130!This place is a joke! I would never recommend this place. The only saving grace was the technician Sean, he was very professional and knowledgeable and courteous! If he had his own shop, I’m sure my car would have been up and running better than before, for a fair price.

Got there early 6.15am,,, great service. Kind and efficient. Vehicle wasn’t washed. Thought that should come as a complimentary service. I take my 2012 Honda to music city Honda for oil changes still to this day ,, they always wash my car before they bring it around to me. We pay a lot of money for our vehicles and after the time line runs out for free oil changes,,, a quick complimentary car wash would be nice. ,,, we have bought two brand new trucks within one and half yrs. We are grateful for Toyota dealership.

2 stars only because they're nice when they take your soul. They would tell you that your vehicle needs a new plane propeller if they thought you'd buy it.Do some research before you go here.Actually, just don't go.If your car breaks down, buy a new car. It's cheaper.

0 stars if I could. A bad joke of a dealership. The people that don't show active disdain towards your presence or outright ignore you show, at best, a clearly forced "politeness". If that weren't enough, the service department outright doesn't do their job. They claimed they checked the condition of many wear items but only recommended a few high-margin services (that had recently been completed) while not even bringing up the clearly worn, low-margin replacements that could actually have a bigger impact on safety. I'm not sure if that constitutes outright fraud, but I will DEFINITELY be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

So I was looking for Toyota Venza and called Beaman Toyota. They had a used one that had low miles and was a fair price. I made an appointment with Evan and we test drove the car. Honestly, it was like a new car. I had a trade in and had received a fair quote from the web site. When we were going over the price, the offer on my car was less than the online offer I had received, but it was still close enough that I agreed upon the purchase price and started signing the papers with the finance dept. Unfortunately, there was an additional charge for a key fob replacement policy that I understood was non-negotiable. Later I spoke to Mike Miles, the used car sales manager. He advised that the key fob replacement police is in fact optional and agreed to refund that charge. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied even after the sale. This is the type of car dealership I want to do business with. I love my new (used) Toyota Venza.

TIM “the number one salesman” as he put it is a lier and extremely dismissive, we bought a car there just today. Was told by him the car came with 2 keys ie the lie part then just pushed us off onto another person. In all my years of purchasing cars I never have been treated like less than a human, example middle of our conversation he brings in another family and takes precedent with them leaving us at his desk for an hour before asking us to move to allow them to take our spot, the only saving grace for this place was the finance person Fernando went above and beyond to be an amazing employee!I would have loved if our whole experience would have been with this individual!

I've been a customer of Beaman for over 10 years and have always had great service. Recently, I had a problem with a leak in the coolant system and service managers Chris and Caleb gave me the VIP treatment! I was amazed and really appreciate it. I definitely recommend Beaman Toyota!

Went in there with the expectations of purchasing 2 cars for my sons. Beth was extremely helpful, I know we got in her nerves with all the questions and test drives. Not once did she make me feel like we were bothering her. She was truly amazing! If you go please see Beth, she is a rock star!!

Experience was great here. The salesman I was introduced to, Seth, was knowledgeable on all the vehicles. Found the perfect car! David in finance really helped in explaining everything. Great place. Nice people.
