I really don’t like the store only because of the person that worked there or either owned it it was making fun of me in Spanish as if I didn’t know what they were saying I don’t really go there ever after that only reason why I visited once more was for my child to get some thing from the hair store on Sunday

This is my go to hair spot.. I don't like the hill location but hey, they don't follow you around the store or look at you like you're crazy.. They are very helpful

I love shopping here at Beauty and Beyond! The young Ladies who work here are so nice and helpful. They don't follow you around,watch you, or make you feel unwelcomed when you're simply trying to patronize their business. It's a small shop that packs a big punch. I encourage Any person of Color to try them out and Never patronize the Hair supply on Murfreesboro road by Papa John's. If they don't want us there, then don't go and give them your hard earned money.

The customer service is excellent but the quality of the hair is horrific. I purchased 3 bundles w/closure for $175. They confirmed it was 100% Brazilian human hair. After wearing this hair for 1 week, it matted and shedded excessively. It's worse than 100% synthetic hair.This isn't the first time I've purchased hair from them that ended up shedding and matting. I should have known from the last 5 times but I'll never purchase hair from them again!!! They should start holding these stores accountable for selling bad hair and after purchase no refund and customers usually don't experience how horrible the hair is till it's installed. It's best to always shop at Amazon for hair. They have no problem refunding your money and after installing it as well.
