“I can not say enough about how helpful David at Eco Cycles was for technical assistance on a custom e-bike build that I was having problems with. He went above and beyond in helping me. Probably exchanged 20 texts with me even after business hours and into Saturday helping me diagnose a skipping issue I had. I purchased an IGH hub from them that I thought had a freewheel body pawl problem internally. He even sent me some spare parts free in another order. It ended up being an issue with my track cog and tensioner setup. Nothing at all wrong with the hub. Now that is Customer Service beyond what I ever would have expected. Eco Cycle ROCKS!”
