My experience with Faris as a phone technician was dreadful. He ruined multiple phones and expected me to pay for his mistakes. His habit of showing up late for assignments was frustrating and unprofessional. Now that he has his own shop, I worry for his customers. His priority clearly lies in making a quick profit rather than ensuring quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

From my interactions with Faris, I can attest to his incompetence as a technician. He repeatedly damaged my phones and then tried to hold me accountable for the repairs. His tardiness was a constant issue, reflecting his unprofessional attitude. With his own shop now open, I feel sorry for anyone who relies on him. His focus on monetary gain over quality service is evident in his work ethic.

I’m not satisfied this time around. This is my second time using this service and I was so hopeful I would get the same quality service I received the first time. I just paid $400 to get my phone fixed because it had water damage. I was told that it would get fixed if it wasn’t too damaged. He called and told me it was fixed.
I got my phone only to realize that my front facing camera doesn’t work, I’m not able to use my faceID. I called and he told me “that’s typical with water damage the electric current cracked the camera”. I brought my phone to be completely fixed not partially and he said he can clean my camera for an extra $20. That’s not even the issue. I won’t be using this service ever again. I hate this so much. I paid too much to not have a fully functioning phone. I should have went with my gut and just got a new phone altogether.
In response to your response, it’s very unprofessional to say you can fix the phone. You should have informed me that because of the water damage the FaceID and cameras wouldn’t function and that you wouldn’t be able to fix it. When someone brings in a phone to be fixed they are expecting it to be like it was before it was broken. I was willing to pay whatever to get it fixed, you gave me a price and I paid. I would have said no if I’d had known that all of my amenities that come with my phone would no longer work due to the water damage. It’s extremely unprofessional to call a customer unprofessional just for speaking their truth. Provide the right service you wouldn’t get a bad review.

My phone was broken really bad, Blue wireless fixed my phone and had technology to pin point the issue! He also fixed something extra for a cheaper price then anyone around ! Great Prices & Great service!They also have a warranty! Hand down beat place to go!
