This was my first time at Boost. Been without a phone for a while and everybody around in other companies just wanted lot of money for a refurbished one phone but when I say Mr.Moe took such great care of me and my man. Thank you again for assisting us and have the best deals around me!!

The guy closed 30 minutes before the time posted on the door and literally laughed at the customers who approached never coming again. Management please check your workers the customer service has gone down in this location.

Avoid this location. The reps there lacked common knowledge on how to use an iPhone 6s Plus. Sent a friend with my cellphone to upgrade my SIM card. The reps then told my friend that nothing could be done because the home button was broken. IPhones don’t require the home button. It wasn’t so much their lack of knowledge that bothered me, it was their unwillingness to learn something new. As I tried teaching them, over the phone on how to unlock an iPhone and bypass the “hello” screen, every iPhone gives you when starting up, they just continued to tell me it was impossible to use an iPhone without a functioning home button. This is false. These brick and mortar establishments are soon to become irrelevant because of reps like this, who are unwilling to learn new things. These guys are in the wrong business.
