Bought a phone Monday. The rep didn’t have good customer service , and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The original staff I used to deal with isn’t there anymore they changed locations to rivergate. That’s where I’ll be doing business from now on. I’ll be also referring customers to the rivergate location. I used to deal with Luis he was great. And now he’s in the rivergate location.

Every year it seems that Boost is getting worse and worse. The cost keeps rising and the phones are getting even worse than that. The last phone my wife had wasn't working right and she was told to take it out and break it or they couldn't fix it. My Newest Motorola stylus pen phone was working as far as Google and facebook but when making or receiving calls it fades out or hangs up. Even though I am paying insurance they say they no longer fix or replace them and I will have to mail it off for a couple of weeks and they will set it up (for a charge, of course) for me. I am and artist and will be without work if I don't have an active phone. I decided I will soon be switching to a real phone service plan to keep the phone that works and unlock it to use for the future phone company and was told that it takes twelve months to unlock a boost phone, so I had to buy two new phones from other phone company. And last, but not least, I tried to get the service turned off and was told that I will have to call the company to close the account - they only activate them... for a fee.

Always easy transaction especially if you are transferring your account from an agency in another town or state. Need copy of documents they will go the extra mile. Office opened through the week and is friendly with a smile the hundredth time as it was the first. And the rates can't be beat so far.
