DeAndre signed me up with boost. I switched from verizon after 27 years with them .They gave us trouble with porting my number.. He took charge and got the problem solved. I think he told the verison rep what to do. He did a great job. He needs a raise. He's a keeper!!

Been there 4 times over the last month to get the mandatory sim card upgrade. Google says they're open, the sign on the door says they're open... Doors locked every time. Go to a different store or switch services... Because they apparently do whatever they want, including not going to work or leaving when they want. With a massive streak of irony, I called the store and got the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message all 3 times. Not what you want from your phone service.

I am at the store now.. online it says the store is open and on the door the hours are posted to open at 10 am. Lights are on in the store but the open sign is off. There is a sign on the door that says "please not to come in" but the door is locked. I've tried to call several times with no answer.

We arrived here half an hour before they were supposed to close, hoping to replace my husband’s phone which had malfunctioned earlier in the day. They were closed when we arrived, though the sign on the door said they were supposed to be open for another half hour still. We had already done our research and knew exactly what we were going to purchase, and were hoping to get this resolved before the work week started. We’re extremely disappointed and for my husband, it’s one more bad mark for Boost, as he’s already looking at other phone services to switch over to.
