Closed down the account by phone after all the problems I have had and after three days of discovering that the account was still open, I went to this store and was informed that not only had the account not been closed down but still on auto pay... I would not have access to the account and still be charged! Fortunately, the staff at this store at least stopped the payments for me and were helpful but said that they're hands were tied because everything now is controlled by the company, not the stores. Why this ripoff of a phone company is still in business, I may never know but would not recommend it to anyone.

Very helpful employees !! my mom went in doesn't know English, but they have the manager willing to translate at anytime. Now that's what I call great customer service.

The Phone I Bought Great! Problems With Companies Sharing Your Personal Information Including SIM Card.Do Any Of You Trust Whose On The End Of The Line When You Call Customer Service, Especially When English Isn't Their 1st Language. I Found That Foreigners Talk To Utah Real American's Because I Called It And The Americans Speak To India, Phillipines And South America. Very Surprised DC Not Aware Of This? No Security With Any Cellular Service So There's A Problem With All. Keep Dishing Out ?. I've Tried Every Cellular Phone Service Under Sun. Everyone ♥️ Freedom Of Speech That's Me!
