I have them for 3 years qnd I love them alot. I have had no problem and they are the most nicest people ever to me and my mom.

I purchased a new phone and added the line. This store charged me a 20.00 fee to do that and cancelled my current plan which deleted my last monthly payment made only 6 days prior. They did not tell me this. You would be much better off ordering the phone from Boost and activating yourself.
