Nice store too bad employees ignore who is in the store chatting among themselves. There was about 4 employees all on the men’s side. SMH took my money else where.

No customer service. Absolutely none and then rushed out. Owner threatening and very unfriendly environment. In store for 30 minutes before closing time and now of his sales clerk would help find the fight size. Do not do business
with this establishment.

Nobody helping out upstairs so I sized myself up for a hat.
Stephen helped me out downstairs when I was paying - found me a box out back so i could pop the hat in my luggage and even helped me with some filler tape. Great lad!

I could’ve stayed here shopping all day, but my girlfriend would’ve killed me!! Amazing choice of boots, hats, clothes and accessories. Mark was amazing and super helpful; wish I could borrow him as my personal shopper! Highly recommend this store for any Western clothing needs 🤠

Tonight on December 1st we walked all the way into town to purchase a pair of Montana Silversmith earrings . I had thought I purchased them earlier in the day, with some other items . When I got back to our room , I realized we had forgotten them. I called and the gentleman who helped us, was holding them for us. We got there at EXACTLY 645 and the door was locked. A heavy set older man walked by the door three times and would not let us in. The sign clearly states they are open until 7:00 . Really a bad business call

Best quality boot selection on broadway! This store has a wide variety of men’s and women’s boots, hats, belts and more. The employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely check out Boot Barn while in Nashville.

Definitely super gorgeous selections! Very organized and clean! All the designs and colors you could ever desire! Right on Broadway and close to all the things! Very helpful staff and super clean! The smell of leather will bring u to the front door! Spend the money on the Boots! It’s Nash Vegas! I’m super happy with my purchase!

One of the most nicely laid out boot stores on the strip! We literally went in ever single boot store on Broadway (it was sporadically raining, so we just went from store to store and looked around). I can't speak for the quality, because I'm not a boot expert, but they have more space to walk around and browse than other stores, and boots arranged by size and color - which the organizer in me highly appreciated.
They have lots of more ornate boots as well as more subtle styles that I didn't see at other stores, and they also have a reasonably large selection of clothes (not just Nashville merch/fanwear), with some really cute and unique styles. I especially liked a pair of Americana boots with fringe. Unless you're looking for something specific that you know the other stores carry, this is the only store I would personally recommend for browsing. It's well laid out, and feels more spacious and less gimmicky.

Today well I was at this store I found a pair of boots I really liked. But unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the workers. He was very arrogant, pushy and condescending. throughout are whole experience with him he kept rushing us and was being very pushy about us buying them and him being the one to check us out. Despite everything that happened and everything he was saying i decided to go get them and take them to the register to pay and he told us we had to wait and he went to go to another customer. When he came back he made the girl who was at the register move so he could check us out and he rang everything up very quickly and showed us the card reader but didn’t ask if we had a rewards account with them. We told him we had a 15% off and he was just rushing everything and rushing us. We found out we could get them cheeper back at home because of taxes and since he was rude decided it wasn’t worth it because of are experience. This was very disappointing because I really liked the boots and had a girl worker that was very nice help us earlier.
