Charlie was kind, genuine, patient, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. We were visiting down from Mississippi. He helped me purchase my wife’s first exotic boot and I also purchased my first lighter leathered boots. He explained maintenance, suggested insoles that we did purchase to allow us to find comfort in the boots. I have been having foot pains and he suggested a different type of insole. Upon arrive we walked past 3 associates and they did not speak and I walked to the back of the store. Charlie came and found me and asked if I needed anything and made us feel comfortable and at home. His knowledge and hospitality is unmatched and he was completely honest. He didn’t try to sell me anything he gave me and my wife options and allowed us to pick and was not overbearing. Thank you Charlie we love our boots, much love to you man all the way from Mississippi.

Boot Barn is a great place to go if you are looking for boots and cowboy hats. This chain also carries Western wear, which can be difficult to find in most cities. Though Nashville is not one of them. This location is conveniently located in Opry Mills, near Opryland. I like that the product selection has a mix of price points if you are not willing to shell out big bucks for a high-end item.

Alex is so very helpful and made sure hubby got the most perfect cowboy hat.
He steamed it and made sure shape was flawless.

I’m not one to leave reviews but after my experience today I have to! I had a baby 8 months ago and haven’t been able to find clothes that fit right or feel like my style since. The staff at Clarksville boot barn did an amazing job today swooping in and finding a date night outfit that made me feel more confident than I have in a long time! Thank you ladies!

Walking into Boot Barn can be a bit intimidating due to all of the products and choices which isn’t a bad thing luckily I had a floor worker named Caleb who was understanding, kind and professional. Looking for jeans with a 36 inch inseam and fit properly can be challenging yet Caleb had great recommendations that led to purchasing Cody James jeans and they are exactly what I was looking for without knowing what I was looking for. Thank you Caleb and Boot Barn for your help.

This was my first time to a Boot Barn ! This store is very aesthetically pleasing, organized and very friendly associates. I got my first pair of cowgirl boots and I adore them.

Bought some Ariat men's boots for a good price. Sales person was very knowledgeable about boot types, materials, comfort, etc. Lots of options for men and women for clothing and footwear.

The three for 1 deal SOUNDS good until you realize that one pair cost as much as three would. I was disappointed with the selection as I like very unique styles. However, the quality for most boots seemed good. The hat selection was disappointing.
