Boxlunch is always a good place to find loungefly backpack, studios ghibli clothes, purses, personal was super friendly, have good prices, the store was clean and its well located.

This is my fav location to go to, I have been to many, the people who work here are great, very helpful, and so kind! They helped me with an online order that went wrong, they even called me about it, such nice people! I was very happy that I got to pick up my items today!! I highly recommend shopping at this boxlunch location!

This place is dangerous for us Disney/Pixar/Marvel/Anime lovers. There are so many amazing items. You can spend a long time there.It's definitely my favorite store , and I have to go check every time we go to the malle.

Shopping at Opry Mills and the store was a wreck. There were 4 employees but only 2 were working. One sweet young brunette lady and a teenager. The other two were burping behind the register and laughing. I asked one where the manager was and she said "those are the managers".. wow! The Brunette girl was frustrated and I ended up leaving. Won't recommend this store to anyone

A lot of people go by Google.So, please make sure you update the time to reflect your actual hours.The store would get better reviews and more sales with a bit more attention to detail.Such a waste of time.

Great place, nice figure collection but if you see that figure that day it's best to buy it now, it won't be there the next time because the figures are very popular. Nice friendly staff 4/5 highly recommend.

Such cool collectibles and clothes. Every $10 you spend they donate a meal. Very helpful staff!
