On two occasions I have come to use the bathroom after pumping gas and the bathrooms are not working and have been for over a week.

Just a heads up to anyone buying alcohol. They only accept state ID or passports. When I tryed to use my consular ID, they denied it even though it link to my passport (contains the same information and numbers on my passport). I hate carrying a passport day to day. This ID helps me a lot and is safer to carry. Hate to be treated differently given by background.

Just spent over an hour trying to find an open station. I've literally been cussed at and belittled. I came in here and the manager let me use their restroom despite them being marked closed and was so kind which was much appreciated after such a bad experience down the road. This is the only station in Madison worth going to. Thank y'all so much!

I walked in to stop to get a cup of ice and use the restroom and right when I walk in Both of the managers or employees, one of the two were speaking very loudly and not only speaking, but talking crap about whatever situation they were talking about so first off that is very unprofessional to not even greet customers as you're sitting there holding a conversation like as if you're not working an hourly job Second it smells gross almost everything is out of order or no longer in stamps and unfortunately, in the few moments that I did spend in there, the manager that decided to speak up once I started walking out the door asked me if I had money for him now I can leave this alone or I can either report him because he does not deserve a title or job like that knowing that his store is already gone in a bad direction with people walking straight up out of the store in the few moments that I was there and to comment, somethings so unprofessional and so Aggressively coming at me when all I did was no longer need any of their business. There's no reason why I should've been approached when they don't have nothing to offer or anything clean and it looks raggedy and ghetto. I've never had this issue and none of the other MAPCO's or Circle K's all I know is this is a disgusting management and disgusting attitude with that title that's not even presented, he was a dark complected gentleman probably in his mid 30s , and I'm 23,for him to state the words"do you have money for me " ? Excuse me this store is a disgrace to the name of the company

Terrible service, I have my ID which is my passport and just because I didn't have a license, they denied me drinks, can this be taken as racism? Why don't I know what to call that and the same thing happened to me at another mapco, a woman treated me poorly and made bad gestures when serving me, maybe all mapco's are the same.

This MAPCO sits right at the mouth of Madison just off of Briley Parkway in the parking lot of Eastside Bowl/TruFit. I usually stop in on my way in or out of the gym and for the most part never have any issues. Service is always "shaky" here with majority of stop-ins having limited interaction and discussion. Even when at the counter, the cashiers are usually less than chatty or friendly to be honest. Conditionally the location needs some work, especially on the exterior. Cleanliness is hit and miss as well. Convenience keeps me coming back here, nothing more.

Old lady with bright red hair and glasses has a horrible attitude for no reason. Literally telling customers “come on” rolling eyes and acting aggressive for 0 reason. This was January 17th at 11:30am btw.

It's hit or miss with this one when you go inside, just depends on the staff. I would say don't use the bathroom here, you may be locked in there for a while and they won't come to help you. You will need to call someone to come and rescue you. Other than that, it can be either the quickest trip of your life or you are there for what seems like a lifetime. This location is right around the corner from my home so I go here if I'm out and about in the neighborhood. Most times I just wait until I'm at work which is outside of Nashville. I hate to be that way but Nashville/Madison is still not great on customer service, no matter the money thrown into the housing market. The money that needs to be given out never goes to the people that need it which are the ones that work in Retail. I don't blame someone who makes very little to have people in their face all day and somehow not have a smile the whole time. On this particular trip, there were two people at the counter but only one was working. I'm unsure if one was training or not but they did seem to sometimes work a customer but otherwise just stand there. I am not complaining as I had nowhere to be, but the other six or seven people in line were quite frustrated. The best I could tell someone was trying to exchange a phone charger because the one they bought didn't work. This was a cause for confusion I believe and may have been why the second worker wasn't checking people out. Though, like I said, when I'm in no hurry I really don't care. Just being out and about is enough for me. I did notice we have a code orange here with the Mars candies. It's barely the end of July and we have Halloween stuff out and I LOVE IT!! I never would have noticed if I had not been stuck in a line for 15-20 minutes. Additionally, If you get gas here, this is another location that never changes the receipt paper. Be prepared to go inside if you need that receipt or you may want to go to a different location. This one is right off of Briley Parkway so it can be quite busy during mid-day, but no matter the time you go, no paper, so seriously go somewhere else if you need it or this will be a long "quick" trip to the gas station.

The cashiers are always friendly thus creating a very nice environment. As long as I am in Nashville, I will happily return again and again.
