It took over 45 minutes to get a mobile order. Workers were unfriendly and unwilling to speed up the process! I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund orders from the app. I waited and finally got the order. I reported the awful service to someone at Burger King online. They offered and did give me a 10.00 credit toward my next order. I will try another store to use the credit and will not visit this one again!

The black lady at the drive thru at 6:15pm was very polite, good customer service, and the food was good and fresh. Thank you it's hard getting both good food and good customer service this day and time but today at Burger King made me feel so much

No ice in dining room. Almost 5 minutes to get ice from kitchen. Only three customers in store, one already served, one waiting (us), and one waiting to order. One kid handling counter and window. Manager came out long enough to snap out some orders, then went back to her office, at which the one group waiting to order just left. Priorities are out of whack here, let alone the sticky floor.

I have come here a few times over the last few months and they NEVER have enough crew. Waited over 20 min for a pick up order. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT FAST FOOD!

Yesterday I stopped here on my walk home from work to get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Fish Sandwich. I got home, changed into my comfortable clothes and unwrapped 2 fish sandwiches. I was upset because I REALLY wanted the Spicy Chicken sandwich more, lol. I called them and the manager Nia told me return on my way home from work today and he would replace my food. I stopped here to get my Spicy Chicken Sandwich only, since I was able to eat a Fish Sandwich (I wasn't in the mood for 2 Fish Sandwiches, lol). She noticed I had only asked for the Spicy chicken and asked me if I had a Fish Sandwich on my order as well. I told her I did, but since I was able to eat one yesterday I didn't need it today. She said she would give me one anyway. I asked if I could get fries instead, she said she would give me fries also. I ended up getting my Spicy Chicken sandwich, a Fish Sandwich, and 2 orders of fries. I was very happy with the way the manager Nia made this right for me today. Great service and I would recommend this location to everyone based on this visit.

I was charged twice for one order I placed here. When I reached out to customer service, they would not refund the duplicate charge. I told them that it was not pending but had already cleared my account and posted on my bank statement. They still told me I could not get my money back even with proof that they were paid twice for one order. My bank statement shows two identical charges to BK on the same day. The rep even admitted that only one order was placed and that I didn't happen to buy two identical orders on the same day. So even when shown proof that my card was charged twice and BK received both charges and the transactions posted to my account, BK still withheld my money. Please do not let BK get away with stealing your money as well. Be very cautious as they will refuse to refund fraudulent charges even when handed proof in the form of an offical bank statment stamped and signed by your bank
