My both dogs had a great time there. They got baths and smell soooo good. Great staff. My 6 month old puppy did great. I was scared to leave her but they took good care of her. Thanks

I'm not going to lie, my experience here was extremely disappointing, since we have boarded at the Mt. Juliet location before and have loved it. We decided to board our dog overnight at this location (instead of the daycare two minutes away) due to the high reviews. However, I called to ask a question before drop off and spoke to someone with a snippy attitude, after asking a fairly simple question. During drop off and pick up, both attendants were quite cold and rude, and lacked any customer service. This is coming from someone who works retail and intentionally tries to be as polite as possible to staff. We were also returned with 3 portions of un-touched kibble. I understand if our dog was too excited or anxious to eat, but it appears that not many attempts were made to get him to eat. Quite the unfortunate experience, and we will sadly not be returning to this location.

Camp Bow wow is great. Flexible, dog comes home happy and tired, kind staff. All good!! They have cameras on all the play areas, which is great to watch my pup, but also I think says a lot about their accountability to customers and their dogs. Being on camera always is stressful, and it's great to see how the staff are always paying attention to dogs, always supervising.

Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for your little fur babies! The customer service and staff is wonderful and my miniature aussie always has the best time at camp!!

They keep her feeding schedule and are aware of my concerns re: playing too soon after eating. Of course, being able to watch my girl have fun on camera seals the deal. Not gonna lie, though: the price is kinda steep.

My dog always likes going to camp bow wow no matter what state we are in. He had a stay over, and the price was 60, so it's not too bad.

We love Camp Bow Wow! We have been bringing our dog here since 2016 and have always felt that she was well taken care of. I love that the Camp Bow Wow employees know her by name and seem excited to see her when I drop her off.

“As soon as Cosmo hears "you're going to camp" he gets super excited!! I can tell the staff enjoys having him too and I really appreciate them for always squeezing us in for boarding when I have needed it. I've tried boarding at multiple facilities but our hearts are with Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for all you do for our pups!!”

Not taking new clients as of April 19 2023 - Spent about 45 minutes researching facility and completing an app to receive an email that they are no longer taking new customers and recommending I reach back out in a couple months to try again. Hope I can save someone else the hassle!

Baby absolutely loves her time there. Any time I say she's going to daycare she can hardly stand still. I love that I have unlimited access to the campground cameras to check on her throughout her stay. I'm also happy with how translucent the entire camp is about how things are run. Her previous daycare wouldn't even let me through the front door to drop her off.

My poor pup has come home with some kind of illness every time he returns from this place. Kennel cough, respiratory infections, parasite, and most recently warts and a double eye infection. This has not been an issue at other boarding facilities. There are clearly ongoing sanitation issues that need to be addressed. You will no longer have the privilege of caring for our sweet Panini the tripod. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to keep your fur baby happy and healthy.
