Called me three times during work hours in less than 24 hours after telling them I was not interested in buying an RV, but just looking at the price. I will not do business with this company and I suggest you do not either.

Disappointment after Disappointment, once you buy there they don't care anymore. Bought a trailer and had a list of warranty things wrong with it on our Heartland trailer, things are falling off it, plumbing fell apart. Had to take to A & L trailers because they would take it in for weeks. Also paid a ton of money for a brake controller installation and it hasn't worked properly since it was installed. The wires are running bare underneath the vehicle, surprised my vehicle didn't catch fire. I would never buy here again, spend $60k and treated like 2nd class.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! LET OUR BAD EXPERIENCES BE ENOUGH FOR YOU!!! We purchased an A Class rig from this dealership and less than 6 months the value has dropped 54%. The sales people were not knowledgeable or well informed on details of any motorhomes we looked at. The lead financial officer would not cancel our extended warranty after 2 separate calls to do so; recently was informed that he no longer works there. The service/maintenance crew is uninterested in solving simple problems and if work has to be done, be very prepared for your things to not be where you left them. Not to mention the filth that's left over to clean. I'm not sure it's too much to ask when you call to be treated like they want your business, but this location has again proven me wrong in my expectation of how a business should operate. Since our terrible experiences, we have HAPPILY driven an extra 30 minutes to the Bowling Green location where we have received nothing but smiles and gratitude that we chose their location for servicing our A Class.

I've never been to a Camping World before. We were in town with our camper and had a tire blow on the way. We stopped here thinking they'd have the ability to change the tire. Nope. They don't have a tire machine. The store was pretty neat and had everything you could need for your camper and the staff was very friendly. Three stars because I figured Camping World would be a full-service RV center. It's not.

Lackluster does not even begin to describe the experience I had at the Nashville Camping World. Took my trailer in for a warranty inspection/write up for the manufacturer. The Service writer we started with became non responsive to emails and phone messages, turns out she was let go and no one could be bothered to respond to my messages. When finally spoke with someone, they advised my trailer had been ready for over a week and they only stored it for free for 1 week and I would have to pay for additional storage time. The morning I picked it up, the tongue lock was missing and when i went back in to ask about it, the service desk was a ghost town. After standing there for 30 min and asking several other employees if they could find someone from service to come to the counter I simply gave up and left. RV Repair facilities are a joke for the most part anyway, but this one definitely is lacking any kind of professionalism.

I wish I could give this experience 10 stars because it truly deserves it. Right from the moment my wife and I stepped into Camping World, our salesman, Keith, displayed an unparalleled level of attentiveness. He took the time to genuinely understand our needs for our very first camper and helped us find the perfect fit. Keith was not only patient with our numerous calls and emails but also served as an invaluable guide throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, he is the best salesman we've ever had the pleasure of working with.I also want to commend Angelo in finance, who deserves equal recognition. Angelo expertly walked us through all the financial aspects, and when he identified an error in our paperwork, he immediately took action. He called us to find out if we could come back the next day, (which we did without inconvenience, )and inquired about our well-being since we had just left the dealership hours earlier. It was during this conversation that I mentioned a minor issue we were experiencing. To our surprise, Angelo offered to come over and take a look, given that we were camping nearby. He promptly resolved the problem and even noticed another issue, which he took the initiative to address by calling in David, one of the techs. David arrived promptly and fixed the additional problem. These men went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations in every way. Their actions left my wife in tears of gratitude.A few days later, I had another question about a different issue. I dropped by the dealership, and they sent out a technician (whose name I regrettably don't know) that very afternoon. He assessed the situation and resolved my concern on the spot. As first-time camper owners, we are immensely grateful that we chose Camping World in Nashville. Their exceptional service has made this entire experience worthwhile, and when the time comes for an upgrade, we won't hesitate to return to them.

Would give 0 stars. Racked up an expected $1,000 in "Diagnostic fees" just to find out IF my "Extended Coverage" (THAT I PAID $2,500 EXTRA FOR) would cover the issues with my rig. Really looks like this place WANTS to hit a true 1 star rating.

Interesting reviews, we are traveling through with a brand new Thor and we're having issues. We called and we're told to take it back where we bought it...difficult since that was 1000 miles away in the opposite direction of home. Will never use/recommend Camping World

Camping World trashed my brand new 2022 Raptor after bringing it to them for recall and warranty work. Destroyed my battery system, and didn't fix anything from the recall or warranty, and had the gall to bill Keystone for doing nothing. Won't respond to any calls or emails. GM is missing when attempting to resolve on site. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. I'm getting ready to sue the Nashvile Camping World for fraud.

We had an awful experience at this camping world! We cancelled our sale right after we left on Saturday and they said they would have our deposit refunded. On Monday my fiancé and I both called and the salesman said it would take a few days. On Tuesday I called back and the finance team had no idea about the refund and just sent it on Tuesday. It is now Thursday as in writing this and we still do not have our deposit. Overall the whole vibe at that camping world was off and weird! They are SO PUSHY!! As soon as we walked in the door they were ready for us to start filling out paper work for something. Also, when we called about canceling the salesman was rude and short and tried to push another camper on us to buy instead! On Monday when we called the salesman was rude again and very short with us! Also, they offered us $10,000 below the worth of our camper for trade in. I do not recommend this camping world or any camping world for that matter!!

Employee Tristen was amazing he was very helpful when I returned my heated water hose that had sprung a leak even though it was outside of the 90 day warranty. He went above and beyond, the store manager (I didn't catch her name, was very helpful and kind, thank you for the amazing service!

Came here to talk to the service department a few weeks ago about issues I've had with the camper since it was brand new (apparently they do not check these when selling) I was not treated as a valued customer but as a nuisance and challenged on the issues that was brought up. I chalked it up to she was having a bad day or maybe that's just how she treats her customers and figured I'd return another day and hopefully get someone else to speak to. I came back weeks later and to my delight there was a different lady there and I was happy that maybe I could get something done or very least feel better about the issues I am having. Wrong. I recieved the same treatment. They act like you are bothering them and coukd care less about your issues. Asked to speak to a manager there was none present. No surprise. My camper is less than a year old and has all kinds of issues on top if raining inside. I took pictures where you could see daylight through seems and obvious areas where they had compleltey failed to put any silicone to seal critical susceptible areas. I was told that silicone shrinks, I get that but there was never silicone here plain as day. I wasn't born yesterday this isn't my first rodeo. So Shane on Forest River, don't ever buy thier products and shame on Camper World.for the horrendous customer service and the way they speak to and treat customers. Just be aware of this when buying from them. For the rest of the issues I was told I can drop it off (I live in it full time) or they coukd send a "tech" out and that would cost $189, I am located one driveway down the road. I was told that even if I paid that money the "tech" is limited to what he can do and issues may not even be covered. So basically pay $189 for a "tech" to come out, drive a quater mile and roll the dice on if they will do anything. This should be courtesy after spending over 50k on a new camper. So basically don't expect any help from the service dept once you leave the parking lot. Don't expect for them to do a thorough job checking the camper when you buy it. Don't expect to be treated like valued customer, Don't expect to be talked to with any respect. Do expect to be challenged with any concerns you have. Do not expect to feel good walking out the door feeling like you are in good hands. If this was my company I would be very disappointed and ashamed with how the customers are treated and would be trying to make things right. I won't expect this to happen however based on my two experiences. I will be emailing both corporate, service dept and Forest River so these defects are noted and with the very very slight hope that it is rectified but not holding my breath. If things are made right somehow I will certainly and gladly wrote an updated review. Meanwhile I guess I'll be fixing my new camper on my own dime and my own labor if not taken care of. Do the right thing Cmaper world. Charge a brand new customer and RV almost 200 to roll the dice while located next street down is insanity. Buyers beware.

If I could leave a zero star I absolutely would. We spent 3 hours with a salesman on Sunday looking at units. We finally picked one and walked in to start discussing purchasing. They first wanted our credit card just to go talk to the sales manager for a negotiation. Once we showed him we had quite a nice sum of cash to put down, he went to talk to the sales manager. Now, our salesman was great- he’s not the problem. After we weren’t able to come to an agreement on a price, the sales manager came out to talk to us like we were ignorant. Charging outrageous fees and telling us the only way they make money is to charge $1,295 for your walk around inspection. My husband went to ask one more question and the sales manager ignored him 100% and walked off- which sealed our deal to not buy from this place. We did end up buying from Bowling Green the same day for the exact price we were going to buy from Nashville. Their prices were much better, sales manager was wonderful for negotiating with us from start to finish and to be honest- we will drive the extra 30 mins to keep from giving our business to Nashville just due to the stink attitude and disappointment of being treated, as a customer who was ready to purchase that day- as someone who doesn’t matter.Steer clear of Nashville and go see Chris & Barry in Bowling Green!

Awesome, not pushy, sales people. Keith was especially helpful and very nice to work with. If you want someone who really seems to care about the customer and not just making commission, then definitely go to Keith! First time buying a camper, went next door originally and did not have a pleasant experience. Glad I went here instead.
