EXCELLENT repair of gouge in new 2025 Toyota Camry bumper. Quarter-size hole and paint damage. Looks BRAND NEW. Paint blends perfectly.
Very professional and easy to work with. His experience before 2005 was at 2 large Toyota and Cadillac dealers.
Shop is small and bare-bones. But his work is outstanding. I have used him 3 times. Great results every time. And very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Capley's. I was referred to them by a different business I was familiar with and was not disappointed. My 18 year old car had a roof with paint peeling and a 2.5 inch in diameter rust circle. Capley's took care of it, repainted the roof and also did some touch ups just because they saw it was needed. The paint job blends in great with the rest of the car! Great value!Services: Painting

Attention to Overall quality of Was excited for Capley's to do the work on my 2022 SUV. Good reviews and good rates. I provided all the required parts before dropping off. I was told when I dropped it off that it would take them ~2 weeks. Dropped it off 1 month before Christmas 2022.Long and involved story short, I decided to drop by unannounced (which I ended up doing many more times after this) after I had not heard from them at the 2-week mark to find someone's boxed-up hot tub in the rear of my car. I opened the door to take a look and a rich cigarette stench emanated from the cabin. I checked the odometer and discovered that my car had been driven 500+ miles (obviously without my consent) since I had dropped it off.I confronted one of the employees about the whole thing. He lied and said he hadn't driven it and was just using it to hide the hot tub from his wife seeing it. But eventually confessed later that evening when I threatened to take my car and file a lawsuit that he had used it extensively. My wife and I were shocked and felt sick to our stomachs that such a highly rated establishment would allow something so completely wrong and unacceptable to happen and then to lie about it.From that point on I had to micro-manage the repairs on my car. Took them another 10 days to finish the work and involved me spending 7 hours one day assisting them on the fix. They did waive all fees, paid for the expense of the paint, eventually did a good job on the fixes, and got a good chunk of the cigarette smell gone, but I'm simply unable to recommend a place that tolerates such dishonest behavior AND does not communicate at all with their customers.Services: Painting

Was very reasonable and their price and they were able to do the work and a very short period of time the shop does not look like much but the finished product was perfect they do not always answer the phone so sometime you have to actually go by the shop to talk to them overall I was like I've made two repairs on my 2018 Camry and the work was excellent

I am so glad I took my car to Capley's Collision! I had a friend recommend this place to me. I hit something that knocked my front bumper slightly out of the frame. Other places said the whole bumper needed to be replaced, and gave me an estimate of $1600. I took it to Capley's and they said they could put my original bumper back in the frame for $200! It looks perfect again and they even got a couple scratches off of my bumper as well. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

Best prices in town! Always went above and beyond what was expected. If there was ever a problem they never questioned and got to fixing it.. all around the best collision repair center around.. also family ran and they put their money into the paint booth with one of the best booths in town.. all great painters as well! Just go and check it out yourself!

Such nice people and so great to work with to get my car fixed. My insurance was difficult to get in touch with and always had excuses, but I would call Capleys and Jennifer told me what was going on and gave me straightforward answers. A tree fell on my car and I called Another place that referred me to capleys. delmer came out and towed my car that morning !

Left paint drip on passenger door where no work was necessary due to not covering parts of my car from overspray, cluttered work areas, multiple flecks in clear coat from unsuitable painting area(No paint booth), didn't properly protect my engine compartment, it was covered in dust, unfinished painting before clear coat at site of heavy collision repair near wheel well at driver side rear black spot visible, pretty much major flop on repairing a nice car except for replacing one alloy wheel entirely, and repairing curb rash to another wheel cosmetically which turned out good,and remarkabley expert heavy collision reconstruction to wheelwell and the straight contour lines above which I was really glad for otherwise I would not have accepted these repairs due to poor painting method and would have notified insurance company of an all around unacceptable job they were compensated to do and should have took initiative to repair sooner than 4 months after I brought the car there on a family members recommendation. I can't see these issues from the inside of my car, but I did spend 1150 dollars and an hour cleaning under the hood with a bucket and wet rags which was unnecessary and should have been prevented, aswell as changing my air filter and oil in case my engine aspirated some of their dirt into the air intake and into my engine. Unless you have time to be there every step of the way to make sure they do what they get paid to do RIGHT, I wouldn't let capleys paint anything for you, really disappointed, going to another shop to have the entire car painted and let them tell me how shoddy this turn of service was and it should be on Capley Collision's dime...

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed with Capley's professionalism and communication. My experience was a long and frustrating process. Unreliable and unorganized. I would not recommend this business.
