“Sometimes its just a diamond. Took my RV into Lawrence Glass Murfreesboro location for a side glass replacement. They kept me informed on the glass arrival, allowed me to schedule immediately after receiving the shipment. Drop off was easy and quick with them finishing the job faster than the estimated time. All this was good, but the great was the extras, I had to build a window to get back from Alaska with my motor coach which meant a lot of duct tape. They cleaned all the residue, and tape off my RV not only where they had to work but also where I had tape from an earlier attempted fix. Kudos on the extra effort. I had also asked way late in the operation for them to look at a couple of chips in my windshield. They ended up finding and fixing all of them for a more than fair price, and even pull my rig back in to get it done. Thanks for above and beyond, will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“We were in Nashville on vacation. Broke the windshield on our truck (accidentally!) just a few days before we were to drive home to California. We found AA Auto Glass online. They responded to our inquiry rapidly, quoted an acceptable price, and committed to providing service before noon the next day. They contacted us within the timeframe the following morning, met us at the agreed time, and completed the work within an hour. The technician was very competent and efficient, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We could not be happier with this experience, from start to finish. I'd like to note that we contacted a second auto glass company that first day. They never even got back to us with a price. We highly recommend AA Auto Glass!”
“I can only speak to the quality of their service and pricing, not quality of work done. I came in for an insurance claim - they looked over my car before my appointment time. The formal paperwork was complete soon after. The cost of repairs was lower than anticipated.
I chose to cash out the value with the insurance company, so the lower cost wasn't actually helpful for me. However, they were professional and helpful, so if you actually plan to repair your vehicle - I recommend this particular Gerber location.”

“Here is my Safelite story:
I was driving home late at night and picked up a hitchhiker, about a mile down the road he pulled a knife on me.
I noticed he was not wearing a seatbelt and accelerated to 100MPH and then slammed on my brakes.
He flew through the windshield and on to the street.
I called Safelite and they arrived within the hour and replaced my windshield and they even helped me move the body off to the side of the road so I would not risk damage to my car.
