“I took at trip to Nashville for Spring Break and originally booked my rental car from Hertz. Long story short they completely butchered my booking and ultimately wouldn’t let me get my rental car. Panicked and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for a rental car the day of I went to the enterprise counter. I can’t tell you how how helpful and easy it was for them to set me up with a perfect rental car for the week and absolutely did their best to get the price as similar to Hertz as possible. It easy fast easy and the two ladies who helped me Julia and Neyasha were the nicest and most polite people I could’ve hoped for. They single handily made my day and my trip stress free. I will never book with Hertz again and thanks to Julia and Neyasha Enterprise earned a customer for life.”
“Rented a car for 4 days. What a good experience. The car was spacious and rode smooth. The pricing was amazing for the type of car we had a Mercedes truck. Drove from Nashville to Louisville and back. Alaina was kind enough to let us extend our booking an extra day and communicated well. I gotta say I choose them over a big car rental service any day just because of the value and the type of cars they have.”
“I went here to rent a car a few months ago and my experience was horrible, I’m not from here but I come periodically and customer service was non existent. I just came back to town yesterday and came here and the turn around in management showed immediately, being greeted upon arrival, gave me options of a rental based on what my visit was for. If you came here before, and had a bad experience, it was poor management. Come back and give them a try!”

“Just had the best rental car experience ever with Enterprise. Had to take my car to a body shop after it was scraped in a parking lot and parking assistance sensors were damaged. A representative from Enterprise picked me up at the shop right on time and drove me to a nearby Enterprise car rental agency where I picked up the exact car that I had requested. After only a few minutes I was on my way back home.”

“Great experience with National Car Rental in Nashville. I accidentally left my pad folio in my rental car, upon my return to Nashville International Airport on 10.9.2024. In it were important meeting notes-and my passport! I didn't realize it until I had gone through TSA. I went back to the National pick up area to let them know. One of National’s team members, Josh Aguilar, not only assisted me, he went above and beyond what most people would do. He went to the cleaning area to look for my rental then went up to the service area to look for the car. He also called the rest of the team to make sure the car wasn't re-rented before he could search the vehicle. The man was hustling! He eventually found the vehicle and it was brought back to the rental area where we found my lost items. Please let management at Nashville International Airport know what a great employee he is. “Enterprise have some very nice cars I am looking into a possibility of financing one or buy one by paying cash I also want to thank David the representative who worked with me he did what he was instructed to do I end up with a small car but I told David that this was not going to work because the injury I sustained with my shoulder indirect so David went out of his way and got me out of that small car All the cars were good I'm not used to these 23 24 cars but all the new gadgets that they have inside it thanks again Dave keep up the good work God bless”

“Matt Holland is a fantastic sales representative! He is very knowledgeable, listens well, takes your questions and concerns seriously and is very kind. The test drive was great pointers and conversation as well.We had a concern with one of the tires and Matt took it to Firestone for an inspection. They decided to put new tires on it. He kept me updated the entire time and made it work so I could have my new-to-me car on Thanksgiving to show off to my family and friends!Ironically, we bought our last vehicle from Matt in 2019. When we started car shopping we looked for the other dealership we went to but they were no longer in business. An internet search for the car I wanted led us to Hertz as the price, mileage, and everything was exactly what we needed. When we walked in, there was Matt! It was perfect! Hertz is very lucky to have him!I highly recommend Matt and Hertz!”
