“I took at trip to Nashville for Spring Break and originally booked my rental car from Hertz. Long story short they completely butchered my booking and ultimately wouldn’t let me get my rental car. Panicked and not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for a rental car the day of I went to the enterprise counter. I can’t tell you how how helpful and easy it was for them to set me up with a perfect rental car for the week and absolutely did their best to get the price as similar to Hertz as possible. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise from July 15 through August 17, and I had a very positive experience with this location.
On my initial visit, Will, the Branch Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. Even though he was the only person there at the time, he handled everything efficiently and made sure I was taken care of. His customer service and overall performance were excellent.
I also want to recognize Charity, who assisted me when I had to return the vehicle because of an issue with it. I know I may have come across a little frustrated during that visit, but Charity remained calm, poised, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire interaction. I truly appreciated her patience, personality, and the way she handled the situation.
The customer service at this Enterprise location was outstanding from beginning to end. I would absolutely rent from this location again and would feel confident recommending it to family, friends, or anyone needing a rental vehicle.

“We stayed at LaQuinta in Nashviile and needed transportation to Honky Tonk Highway also known as Broadway.
We booked Woosh. Very friendly and accommodating personel. No problem booking. We also changed our pick up location with no issues. They recommended a good restaurant close to our destination and picked us up to return to hotel.
Cost was very reasonable.and staff very friendly and welcoming. The drive was also very relaxing and not rushed!
We highly recommend Woosh rental agency.

I recently rented a 15-passenger Ford Transit van from Bandago for a family trip to Destin, Florida. I was about 20 minutes late picking up the vehicle due to traffic in Nashville, but was warmly greeted by a young lady who had been working hard outside in the heat cleaning other vehicles. Even so, she was kind, professional, and quick to help. She did a thorough inspection, gave me all the information I needed, and made sure I was able to leave promptly. Her customer service truly stood out.
The van drove perfectly — smooth, spacious, and reliable. It helped me give my family a touch of a luxury experience where everyone could just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We all work hard, and having a vehicle that could comfortably fit us all without stress made a huge difference. Bandago is definitely on to something when it comes to offering passenger transit vans like this — it really elevated the trip.
The only issue I ran into was after returning the van. I accidentally left my personal cell phone holder behind. I contacted someone the following Monday and was told it could be left outside for me to pick up. Unfortunately, after driving back out there, the item wasn’t there, and I haven’t received a response to my follow-up texts. While this won’t stop me from renting from them again, better communication would definitely improve the overall experience — especially when it comes to retrieving lost items.
Overall, Bandago delivered a great rental experience, and I’ll definitely prioritize them for future family trips.”

“Everything was fine except for when we arrived it’s impossible to speak to someone and get help with the shuttle. Literally waited at the airport for over an hour because no one would answer the phone, then after calling for the fourth time after another 20 min someone picked up but we ordered our uber. I did mention it to the staff and they took notes on it but didn’t do anything about it.
Everything with the car was good and it was a pretty simple process. Gabriel was nice.”

“Last weekend, I rented a vehicle from them. The overall experience was satisfactory. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle option I had selected. Consequently, I was provided with a complimentary upgrade to a Ford Bronco. The vehicle was in excellent condition, with a clean interior. The representative advised me to ensure that I returned the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when I rented it. He reminded me that the store closes at noon on Sundays, and if I am slightly late returning the vehicle, there will be no issues. He also indicated the parking area and the location of the key drop.”
