The reason for this positive rating is largely due to the exceptional service provided by Tristan, an employee at the Downtown Nashville Enterprise rental near the Hilton.The car key's battery issue and frustrating roadside assistance experience were notable setbacks. The call center's inability to dial international numbers left me waiting for help for extended periods on both days (2-3hours), eventually relying on the hotel's assistance to jump-start the car.Despite these challenges, Tristan's outstanding customer service turned the situation around when I returned the car. Upon arrival and sharing my ordeal with him, Tristan took immediate action to ensure I wouldn't incur additional costs for the delays. He was understanding, friendly, and went out of his way to make the overall rental experience still a bit positive.I would like to extend a big compliment and sincere thanks to Tristan for his professionalism and dedication, which played a pivotal role in turning what was a really stressful experience into a positive resolution.”

“Rented a car for 4 days. What a good experience. The car was spacious and rode smooth. The pricing was amazing for the type of car we had a Mercedes truck. Drove from Nashville to Louisville and back. Alaina was kind enough to let us extend our booking an extra day and communicated well.
