I asked the service manager to assist in making sure the service advisor calls the warranty company so get authorization if they need to do a repair, come to find out that the part they said needed to be replaced didnt need to be replaced. we asked them to give us the old part, and we were charged over $600.00 for something that should have been under warranty, but it didnt need to be replaced afterall. we are out the 600.00 and the dealer and GM will not do a thing about it. we still have the part to show for it. who knows how many people they do this to as noone ever asks for the old parts. Noone should ever be ripoffed like this!!!!!! Its terrible. how can they get away with this continually? we had a warranty that we paid good money for and at any other dealership it would have covered it, but then to find out the old part is fine is a double fraud! Beware , please

Deja is a great sales representative! However, this dealership will definitely low ball you for your trade. Also, if you are going through your own bank for financing, this dealership will make it a headache when it comes time to cash to the check!

After agreeing on a sales price and checking my credit (which is excellent), Terrence R. tried to raise the price of the vehicle by $4000, claiming that they entered a figure wrong. The numbers should've been double-checked prior to sending them to me, and most definitely before doing a hard inquiry into my credit. Incompetent or unethical? Either way, beware!

I was seeking a Jaguar F-Pace Supercharged model and they delivered a mint condition garaged kept suv! Service center is a great group of guys who help me out when needed. Even fill my gas up if they don't deliver on time as promised. Highly recommend!!

Purchased a Black Chevy Silverado 1500 last month and I absolutely love it. Great vehicle and was sold to me by a great sales rep. The entire experience was great and my sales rep was helpful and patient as we looked at multiple vehicles before setting on the one I wanted. Triston Moreno should be the number one individual you look for if you are going to purchase at this location. Easy, relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone at this location was fantastic and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

I recently got my car serviced after having issues with the battery. I was blown away by the level of kindness and patience received from Dale and Lynn throughout my experience. As a woman, having anything done on my car leaves me feeling a bit vulnerable, but Dale walked me through every single item that needed repair and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. Lynn, the shuttle driver, was incredibly kind and made all of my worries and stress disappear. In a world where quality customer service seems to be fleeting, it makes me thankful that Carl Black has these two working for them!

Very disappointed with this dealership. I called for a service appointment to have work done on my truck. I spoke to Karen a few times to be sure what work I needed done on my truck, and once the appointment was set, she informed me that I would have to leave my truck there for 1-2 weeks to have the work completed. It is a simple maintenance issue that needed to be done, and she told me that the appointment was just to get my car on the lot. I asked what the appointment was for if the work would not be completed that day (or at least within 24 hours) and she said it was to just get my truck on the lot and they would get to it whenever they could. I called back and spoke to the Service Manager - Mark - and he confirmed that my truck would have to be there for 1-2 weeks and that the appointment was just to see a service assessment and that they do not make appointments for the service techs - they will just get to it when they are able to. I was also spoken to very condescendingly by the service manager. I will NOT go to this dealership. I called another Chevy dealership and was treated with respect and they set an appointment for me and said that my truck will be done within that day! (giving 1 star only because i have to in order to post this review)

My sales rep Chris was great, but the finance manager made me think I was getting one interest rate and at the end they had changed it to a higher interest rate. Read your paper work very carefully before signing. Their service department is very hard to get a hold of. I found out this week you have to leave your new car at the dealership in order to get on a list when you have a problem with your car. They will not give you a replacement vehicle while you wait for them to fix it. You are on your own. I was told I would be better off to find another dealership to get it checked because it could be a month or two to wait on it. I've never had a dealership be so, sorry that's how it is here! (Tough luck!). I won't be buying here again.
