EXIT Realty Diverisifed has everything you could possibly need in a real estate office! From the Title Company (Keynote), to the lender, to property management, to HOA services - they’ve got it all! As an agent, having all these resources at your fingertips is extremely helpful!! On top of that they have an amazing, beautiful, experienced Broker Lashonda who always has a smile on her face. I've had a very good experience with this team. They are professional and effective. Good communicators without being overwhelming or too much contact. They did a great job at advising me along the way and helping me make appropriate decisions on the rehab and sale of my elderly aunt's house.

I have been with Exit Realty Diversified for over a year now. I love being a part of this amazing family. Darren is a managing broker and is always available to answer any of your questions. As a new agent, coming fresh out of real estate school I was totally lost but Exit Diversified's broker and other agents are very welcoming and are always ready to help. I like how everyone works like one big family and having access to an amazing Real Estate Attorney Ms. Rebecca just made my life so much easier. Its just one stop shop for all your clients real estate needs. They have a in house mortgage company and title company.
