“Johnny has been fantastic through the process of getting new flooring. He's patient and gave me a real education of various carpet and LVP. Over the course of several visits and many calls he was great to work with. The pricing was good and we we're able to schedule installation quickly. Brandell, Larry and Kyle did a great job installing our new carpet downstairs. We're working with Johnny now to get LVP for a bonus and bedroom upstairs. The showroom is not fancy but you can't beat the service, variety, knowledge and prices. Go see Johnny if you need flooring!UPDATE - We now have LVP installed upstairs and it looks amazing. Michael and Ed did a fantastic job with the installation and gave us some good info on how to take care of it. Johnny has been a pleasure to work with and again his pricing was very good. Both installation crews were friendly and did a great job. Can't recommend Crescent Carpets enough based on our experience!”

Brian and team were great in helping restore some flooring after an HVAC leak, which was complicated as it seeped through the warped floorboards and descended down several floors. There were some initial challenges getting all of the water sucked up, but Brian was great at communicating our options and ensuring everything was fixed to my liking.”
