Today I visited the Carters store located in Opry Mills and although I left delighted with the products, I cannot say the same about the attention of the staff. Ms. Ashley has no empathy, respect and needs to provide better customer service. Because of the attention received like that, I will think very carefully before entering, which does not happen to me with The Children’s Place in the same mall.

I placed an online order for some items for my child’s newborn photoshoot. The items were already paid for. The store emailed me that they were ready for pickup. I looked at the Google listing which says the store was still open. The email had the store hours listed (which matched the Google listing). I arrive and they’re closed earlier than both the Google listing and* the email from the store had listed and I was turned away. It is very frustrating to drag myself out of the house (exhausted) 3 weeks postpartum, answering the store’s email that the items were ready — only to show up and be turned away. The Google listing and email said that they were still open but unfortunately it was wrong. They need to update the hours online.
