the 2 girls making the food , just standing in the back on their phones. i ask if they gonna make some more burgers and the one girl tells the other girl to make 7 burgers and they will be 10 min. I say ok and go sit in my car for 15 min. come back in and both girls standing tbeir on their phones oblivious. the girl says oh if you wanted a burger it eill be like 10 min. i said , well you said that 15 min ago. i tell you what nevermind its ok. I hate stopping at this store and its always the same negative experience.

I want to preface that I grew up eating Casey’s pizza in Iowa. It was our treat every Friday night as children and we always got the taco and a pepperoni. It was a great memory growing up. When we moved out to Tennessee and found out a Casey’s opened up just 20min from us I was ecstatic! The first time we ordered from the Casey on centennial, we ordered online, went and picked up within the given time range only to find out they didn’t even start making it. We sat there for 20 minutes for them to finish making it. They were new to opening so we let it slide we understand. Now, it’s been a year since we have ordered and I was craving the taco pizza I get back home. Upon arrival tonight, the disappointment is beyond belief. I paid $60 for 2 pizzas, here is the “effort” they put into it AND on top of that, no taco sauce!? That makes the pizza! I am so beyond disappointed I would never ever order a pizza from them again. I grew up on the name Casey’s- from gas to pizza that was our stop. TN- do better!!

I went from a 1 star to 3 because after my review they contacted me and gave me a coupon to use for my next pizza, which I redeemed tonight. The pizza was not a taco, but it was a specialty and it was delicious! Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My experience here was frustrating and shameful to say the least. As a cdl driver I parked here for the long holiday weekend. I went into the store multiple times throughout my stay and each and every time was the same experience. The staff was very very rude, they were slouchy, more focused on the loud music and dancing, and cutting up with each other and being on their phones, than assisting customers. One lady yelled across the store multiple times to get a guys attention for him to let us in the shower, he had ear buds in and couldn't hear her so we just stood there waiting instead of her letting us in to shower. Separate occasion a young girl got snappy with a horrible attitude while checking us out. Another occasion they let a guy stand there at the register while the line backed up buying and playing scratchers over and over for a while. Customers were walking out and they never tried to assist anyone else. Showeres were subpar clean same as restrooms. If assisting customers (which is your job) annoys you find somewhere else to work instead of causing a company to retain a bad reputation. Management needs to reevaluate their employees because this does not give customers a great experience and isn't a good face for the company. I will not be staying here again. This was enough to lose my business for good. Hope all of these bad reviews are taken seriously and things are turned around. I did not try their food due to the lack of professionalism I seen upon first experience.

Warning to all CDL holders please use caution using the Casey's General Store (Nashville) the employees there are actively smoking pot around the trucks and the management team will do nothing about it unless they see them do it on camera This has happened on multiple occasions every employee there needs to be drug tested.

This location is the worst! Dirty store, cashiers don't pay attention, stock just sitting around everywhere, 1 soft drink was flat with heavy syrup and another was so weak you could see through the diet coke.

As a Midwesterner I was excited to see Nashville had a Casey's. However, they in no way make "Casey's" pizza. It's just gas station pizza. So If you don't know how good it's supposed to be or your drunk, bon apatite! But if you're homesick it might make things worse!

WORST CASEY'S EVER!!!! CALL AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD OVER 30 MINUTES. HAD ENOUGH TIME TO ACTUALLY DRIVE THERE AND STILL WAS ON HOLD. EMPLOYEES ARE SO UNCONCERNED AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB. NEED A WHOLE NEW CREW OF EMPLOYEES!!!!! WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!
