I've had a great experience at the store you can haggle with them and they have good stuff. I bought a TV surround sound setup a pair of shoes a couple of subwoofers and they've got layaway which I used. And the staff there are really friendly and easy to work with.

This place is so unethical! Only taking cash payments and say they don’t have your prior payment. Keep your receipts !! They are snakes in the grass. Beware !

TANYA IS AMAZING I highly recommend stopping by they offer great deals and if you're looking for tools they have a ton! And the jewelry selection is great! Crystal also was very helpful with my transaction!

It was okay but not as nice as the other cash America's I've been to. The priced were marked to high on most items and the workers were not very helpful.

Sold 1 item , got ok money. Went back with some more stuff(my 2nd time at this store) they called cops to see if I was a normal crackhead thief, that was wanted for stealing? They didn`t ask for receipts, which I had digital copies on phone if needed. After I brought my stuff in, then they said they were checking on me. Then they said they couldn`t take my stuff without printed receipt. I had nice stuff, and I have all my teeth, drive nice vehicle, and could`ve proved my stuff was legit. Kinda pissed me off for the treatment.

The ladies who work at this Cash America are an amazing example of what is RIGHT with this country! It may be an out of the way pawn shop on a street in Nashville with 5+ other shops just like it within spitting distance... but if you want to see how to treat others, be treated and set the bar at every place you enter... just step into this particular store.I won’t go into detail, but the Four young black women and the younger white woman who were on duty today each displayed the Kind of class and intelligence you want your children to achieve.I was only in there a short time and I’m really not the type of person who leaves reviews but I can’t say enough things about how professional and lovely the women that work at this location are. I hope they get paid well because I know plenty of employers who would hire them at six figures just based on their professionalism, Based on the Interactions with Customers that I witnessed today.Also they gave me twice as much as I was hoping for The item I was selling. But I would leave this review even if they had turned me away.I hope whoever needs to see this does.SB

This pawn shop is filled with scam artists went in the other day to sell a barely used 2014 Gibson Les Paul Futura in brilliant red. I am the only person who ever owned it I barely used it, and it was still all original even came with the memory foam padded deluxe gig bag. They literally offered me $200 cash for what even in the barely used condition in they could still get $800-1000 on easily

If I could give them zero stars I would. The women here are rude and make what should be a simple transaction difficult. I pawned my gun and when I tried to get it back they are giving me the run around.
