My first time in this store and it was very pleasant energy. The workers and manager were very helpful, and best of all I was in and out fairly quickly. Highly recommended!

Despite some of the negative comments, my first time in a Pawn Shop. By all accounts courteous and very patient Staff. No hassle or pressure. Takes a few a extra minutes as they asses your Item. SPECIAL thanks to Emilot (Sorry if I misspelled his name wrong but an expert in Electronics clearly) made every effort to work with me and delivered. Will certainly recommend.

Wish could get same deal as been,but something must have happen.Ive never known the man name,big Spanish young fellow, I can tell you he wears a gold chain with eagle on it..kind of big.He would meet me with what I chose at wallyworld for exactly one half of what written on tag and was always hounded over keeping my mouth shut until I started asking about bars of silver,and gold.Im not sure was case.Anyway ,if it his store then why can't I get same deal inside? But it's a secret? Where else can I pick a five hundred dollar piece of gold out and pay two hundred for it.I never got the young man's name,but he kind of a large young fellow glasses,dark hair,big gold necklace...he has alot jewelry. Just rather do somewhere besides strange parking lot, because he own most of bussiness say to me.?

Came to look at the Jewelry selection Just now -and When I walked in there I greated everyone but there was no greeting or anytime of engagement. Took me all of 2 min to look at the cases. I saw something that I might like to replace my Wedding Guard on my wedding set. I dodnt stress it I just left after I looked. 'll come back another day when someone is willing to help. I haven't had to leave bad reviews but looks like lately the customer service is down in my area. I
