CB Collision was listed under my covered shops for an insurance claim, and I'm very glad I used them. All team members were extraordinarily helpful from drop-off to pickup, they had my truck fender and door replaced way faster than expected, matched the paint perfectly, and went out of their way to help me with dealing with insurance and getting the best deal. Highly recommend, and if I'm ever in need of body work in the future I'll be coming right back to here. Thanks again yall!

Someone had swiped my car in a parking lot and drove off. I was stressed because all I ever hear about is how long people have waited for their cars to be repaired in shops around the area. That was NOT the case at CB Collision. I dropped my car off on a Thursday, and within a few hours they had called and emailed me with an update and timeline. I was able to pick my car up the following Monday afternoon. Not only was the service quick, but the communication was amazing and my car looks brand new! Ricky made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I will recommend them to everyone who asks. 10/10

Excellent service!! picked up my car today after my insurance sent me there to get fender bender repairs. They did a perfect fix and vacuumed out the inside. They also kept me updated with emails through the whole process. I will definitely be returning if I need more repairs.

I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at CB Collision. I backed into a steel post and needed a fender replacement and other repairs; I wanted to pay out of pocket and not go through my insurance. I visited two other body shops first. One could schedule my repair in 4 months, and the other could do it in 6 months! I read the good reviews of CB Collision and stopped in without an appointment. The manager, Ricky, took care of me right from the first minute. He gave me a reasonable estimate and said that all they needed to get started was to pay 1/2 the estimate to order the parts. I did, and the parts were in within two days. They estimated my car would need 11 days to be repaired. I dropped it off first thing on a Monday morning, and it was ready by the next afternoon (Tuesday). They even gave me a 10% discount for being a Vanderbilt employee. When I picked up my car, they had cleaned the outside and inside and it looked brand new. Overall, great communication, very fast and friendly service. I can't recommend this place enough!

The customer service at the office was great. I got a quote for the work I needed (paint correction) within 24 hours as promised. Unfortunately this is where things went wrong. I tried to find out how long the repair would take, and when I could schedule the work. After multiple attempts via phone and email to contact CB Collison I got no response. It seems they're so successful that they don't need my money or my "good"review. Too bad.Service: Painting

CB fixed my car after I got rear-ended. They were super fast, every other collision shop had a wait of 4-8 weeks just to drop off, but CB let me bring it in the same day I called. They handled all the insurance stuff and did the work very quickly. They returned it to me cleaned and looking brand new. Great business, highly recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience. The Tuesday updates from Ricky were great to keep me informed. There was a problem with my tire after I picked up my vehicle after the repair, but they quickly fixed it and now everything is running good as new.
