James was very communicative throughout the entire process. We were in a multiple offer situation and he called the listing agent after we submitted the offer to let them know the buyers were in great shape. The listing agent said this is what pushed our clients offer over the edge and won the deal. James also came to closing which is something you don't see often. 10/10!!!
