I had a bad experience with the Madison TN location, but chose to try the Nashville location and had a much better experience. I would recommend the Nashville location.

In this heat wave, my AC went out. I called almost every place from Lebanon, Hermitage, Nashville & surrounding areas for any 14,000 BTU/ 750 Sq.ft, that was in store so I could check it out. And this was the ONLY place that had 3 they just received last evening. Spoke to Josh, who was very pleasant on the phone & didn't seem inconvenienced by my questions, who held 1 unit for me. I arrived at the store & Chris greeted me. He was professional & courteous. I let him know an AC was being held for me and began paperwork. In the meantime I asked coukd we take the unit out of the box & plug it in to ensure that it met my expectations. And it did. But neither Chris nor the nice delivery guy batted an eye at my request. They were happy to oblige. We finished up the paperwork, Josh & the delivery guy(I don't know how to spell his name), loaded it in the truck for me, and I was on my way home! The guys here at this location were kind, professional, eager to help & answer questions and we laughed the whole time! I appreciate you all so much for everything!

The customer service was excellent chris and Reginal and Josh are wonderful guys they can get you in and out real fast I will recommend anyone who needs help go there I don’t see rent a Center comparing wit them
