Chase bank is probably the worse bank I've used. Anytime i try to call and try to make my car payment im always Being cut off as if the bank teller can read my mind. Then they move me to an automated person which they don't upkeep because it never works. You type in your phone or card number and it reads back random numbers. You would think for being a huge bank they would have stuff under control!!

I love Chase bank, it's been my bank for 18+ years after Capital One did me very wrong, I've had it through 5 moves. 5 states, 7 cities and no complaints. Now, I move to Tn, outside of Nashville, nice area and the closest Chase is either downtown (35-45 mins or more depending on traffic) or in Green Hills a solid 30+ minutes away. Why are there so few Chase banks in Nashville? You operate here, there are people here that need banks, why so few locations??? I'm going to have to change banks just to deposit cash I get and that's a shame. I can't drive 35-45 every time I need to make a non check deposit. I'm super disappointed as I think they are great!

Don't use this banking group. Don't open any banking account with them. Nothing but a hassle of runNing around when no body will help you even on their social media service. They lock you out of your account if you log in three maybe four (depending on the day of the week) even though they know it's you. Second, there is a long delay in mobile deposits which at the bank I had before only made me wait one business day but with Chase you have to wait 7 business days and much longer than that if any of those days falls on a holiday. Then there's a review process if your transfering any amount even if it's a dollar to your other bank account with another bank basically saying even though it's your money we can't let you do with it whatever you want. Plus their not FDIC insuranced meaning that if they go under and close you can't get any and all of your money back. Fair warning please look elsewhere to bank.

Chase in general is not a good company, however, they have outdone themselves this time. They screwed up the online connection between different accounts and when I went i to this branch to rectify it the bank representative told me he would "get it resolved" and then never called me back. When I tried to call the branch multiple times, you cannot get through. I may end up having to pay off my loan just to be able to terminate my relationship with this bank. Beyond disappointing.

ATM works 0% of the time. They choose to not answer the phone 100% of the time. Brand new branch that has no motivation to help their clients. Love that!

I was excited to finally have a branch and real people. Until I went inside with a question and they called the chase 1800 operator to get an answer. I could have done that. And, What's the point of a branch if nobody answers the phone.

What a pleasant surprise. Having to go in person to brick and mortar location made us skeptical at first. Everything changed really fast. Nice modern limestone building, very appealing outside, specious inside, a lot of natural light. Friendly employees welcome us and set a tone for the rest of our visit. We bank with Chase over 20 years and this visit exceeded all previous good experiences. Mr Del Donno provided exemplary service. Very professional and knowledgeable and for him nothing was hard to go beyond expected service.

My husband and I came in to set up a joint account and credit card. It was so easy and painless. Super friendly staff. Great looking branch. We signed in and we're able to speak with someone within a few minutes. Michael talked us through all of the options for both the bank account and credit card. It was really easy to understand. He explained all the features and benefits and even talked us through setting up the app on our phones. By the time we left we had a new account, new credit card and all our questions answered. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to switch banks.
