I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a friendly atmosphere. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. The team at this bank branch is incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any banking inquiries I had. Whether it was setting up a new account, discussing loan options, or seeking financial advice, they were patient and took the time to understand my needs. Not only is the staff highly professional, but they also have a great sense of community involvement. I've noticed them actively participating in local events and supporting various charitable initiatives, which makes me proud to bank with an institution that gives back to the community. The branch itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which makes banking transactions a breeze. I appreciate the convenience they offer, allowing me to manage my finances efficiently.I must also commend their dedication to security and privacy. I always feel confident that my personal information is in safe hands when dealing with this bank branch.

I have had Chase as my bank for over 15 years now and I've never once had a terrible customer experience. Chase goes above and beyond for their customers and that's exactly what the staff at this location did. I went in to get a couple of cashier's checks issued and the lady at the counter that helped me was extremely nice and made sure that I double checked that everything was accurate before I left. I also mentioned that I had my dog waiting for me in the car and the manager, Eszter, told me I could bring him in next time and then she gave me a treat to take to him! It was definitely one of the best experiences I've had when going into a Chase branch.

Walked into this Chase to use the ATM. Saw a lady standing with a tablet of some sort in her hand and another to the left sitting at a desk. They continue to laughingly converse as if I wasn’t there. Seems like they do this often based on the predominantly African American location this Chase bank is situated on. I was not greeted upon walking in by anyone. Mind you when walking in there is no restroom sign visibly in view which makes me think they deny bathroom entry to folks that don’t do “business” with them. I ask where one was which to my educated guess the taller, dark-haired lady standing states, “the restrooms are not open to the public.” She had a condescending response to me. I could of stated I was a customer as I had just used the ATM, but I had somewhere to be. I left and will never return! The placement of getting to the door is enough to want to save my $3.00 and find another bank to use. In order to go in you have to park and walk in. No street access or outdoor ATM! The customer service could use the 3P’s attitude. It’s lacking!! It also looks as though there’s apartments of some sort attached uptop and being in a predominantly African American community it’s weird vibes to be working there for you to even want to feel comfortable to do business that’s if they accept you.Have a great day!

Just recently switched banks to chase, heard great things about their customer service. I went in to add a name to my account as I was advised when I called Chase. I was told it was as simple as going in and wouldn’t take much time. I went into this branch as soon as I got to the window a manager (Ester) asked how she could help. I told her I wanted to add a name to my account she immediately stated this process would be a 45-1 hour process and she could simply not do it. She stated she was short staffed however when I walked in there was one client and 3 bankers sitting in their offices twiddling their thumbs (literally).I told her this was my first time at a branch and was told to come in any time since it would not be a long process. She said no. I of course was disappointed with my first interaction… it goes on. I also have a check to cash from Chase bank from an insurance. She (Ester) is okay with cashing it; however, she later says she will not be able to and could not give me a reason as to why she can’t cash it. I tell her it’s from my insurance to which she rudely replies ( I know it’s from an insurance ) still I won’t cash it. I then ask how long it would take to clear to which once again rudely replies (I don’t know). My first interaction with the branch and with the customer service provided by this particular person was a very disappointing one to say the least. I now regret leaving my old bank and will be switching back. Do not recommend this place at all. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Customer service could sure use some work at this location! They’re not friendly and the lady acted as if it was an inconvenience that I wanted to open a bank account for my daughter. She was like it does take about 45 min to an hour just to open an account. I thought it was her job to do so but came off like she didn’t feel like doing it so I left.

I have only had incredible customer service at Chase in the past. When I lived in Manhattan I always got helped eventually, no matter how long it took. When my brother was in college and didn't know how to tie a tie, he went into a Chase and they did it for him (no joke). The customer service I experienced from this Chase branch is far from that! First of all, I walk into the building to see 4 people sitting at their desks, watching me wander around, but none come to help. There was no one at the front desk so I just stand there for awhile. Eventually I make eye contact with a guy and he comes out. I tell him that I need to open up an account. I explained to him that I already am a private client with Chase, but I opened an LLC and needed help getting set up with a separate account for my business. He said he is unable to do that service and nobody at the office besides Esther can do that for me, but Esther was on a call. Not sure what all of the other employees do there if they are incapable of helping folks open accounts.I asked him so I can be prepared for later, what sort of paperwork or information do I need to open a business account? He said he does not know. He then goes back into an office and stands 2 yards away from me and whispers with another guy who refuses to come out and speak to me directly. It was pretty clear the guy I was speaking to didn't know much and I felt like it was incredibly unprofessional for the other gentleman to refuse to look my direction or speak to me about my needs. He comes back and said that he can take my name and number for Esther to call me back later that day (he specifically said that day). I left my information.Nobody from Chase has ever called. Apparently this branch is not interested in new business! Even from an existing private client.
