Chipotle as an entire company has gone completely down the tubes since Covid, you’ve lost a decade old customer tonight. Rude and incompetent staff for the last 3 years at ALL locations. It was understandable in 2021 but time for the execs to get it together and do something about the HR/culture issue as a company. Covid’s not an excuse in 2024, respect your customers by implementing some basic service standards.

If I could give a negative 100 I would. This has to be one of the worst franchise locations in the country. I've had several bad experiences but tonight was the last straw. I placed an online order and the app said it was ready. The worker saw me pull up and let's me sit there unacknowledged for over 15 minutes. I finally wave at her and she opens the window with a funky attitude and tells me they are short staffed and behind. I inquire about how long it will take, and she made zero effort to see where my order is in the queue. I asked to cancel and she says she can't bc its online. Then she closes the window on me while I'm still speaking. I proceed to sit there with no news or effort for 20 minutes. They finally give me my order which was just slopped together with no apology or anything and slams the window again. I'm done.

I’ve been to some horrible chipotle’s and I’ll definitely leave a review. Mind you I drive 20 mins to this location specifically because they give me exactly what I ask for, food is never stale, kind employees. I order the same thing and they are extremely consistent when I order double protein. I love my people in this store , never a bad experience here !

I usually do not post reviews of places, but I had to create an account to post this after what I saw today. While a worker was working Togo orders, she turned around to talk to the cashier and stuck her gloved finger in her mouth as if she were trying to get a piece of stuck food out of her teeth. After doing this, very visibly to everyone (cashier included), she proceeded to go back to making Togo orders without washing her hands or changing gloves and TOUCHING THE FOOD! Absolutely disgusting! Will not be returning.

I had an online order to go that was already paid for. It was not ready when I got to the location. I asked about my order 7 times to different people. They were too busy talking and not taking customers orders. It wasn’t even busy in the restaurant. No one wanted to make my food or help. Then when I asked the guy at the register, he told to call 1-800 chipotle. I said can’t you just make the order? He told me to go ask one of his co workers. All this chaos took 16 minutes. Worst experience of my life. Terrible customer service and employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried to be optimistic, but this Chipotle location is probably the worst in the US. The first time I ordered from here, I found plastic inside my quesadilla. When I told them about it they said they’d “get back to me” and never did. Against my better judgement I went back a few months later. Their quick drive thru pickup took no less than 30 minutes, just for me to receive the wrong order. It was clearly labeled with the right instructions, but was not at all what I ordered. When I brought it up to chipotle they actually offered me a free entree. When I tried to use this, it took 30 minutes past the original pickup time that they provided. Skip chipotle and literally go anywhere else. This place sucks.

$20 for a burrito the size of a hot dog that tasted of nothing but the tortilla. Need I say more? First and last time I'll ever have this.

Their delivery is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life. Sent half my order then hung up on me when I called to have it corrected. The other half was disgusting looking. Don't waste your time or money. Spent over an hour of my life fighting for a refund.

I ordered a barbacoa burrito. The rice was hard and under cooked. Not worth the $20 I spent on a burrito, some chips and a soft drink. Way over priced for the lack of quality. I would not recommend!

Really good one evening of the two, then skimpy the next. Great customer service if ordering "in" line and non existent if you online order. Just saying. The ambience is that of a third shift cafe one maybe two tables occupied 0 socialization. Great spot to blend.
