this place is HORRIBLE for service, and I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my ps4 there because clearly they did the same thing to multiple other customers. I took my ps4 there because it needed an update and they told me they could do it, they told me it would take at least 3-5 business days. A week later, still nothing so I go to the store thinking my ps4 should be ready by now and they tell me the man who works on the stuff has not dropped anything off so I would have to come back in 2 days. So, in 2 days I go to the store again and they said the man still hasn’t came due to the weather. So after that im calling every other day and it’s just excuses after excuses. I go to the store again and now they are telling me that they are waiting for a part now and due to the weather it was taking a bit longer to arrive and they said it should be ready in No later than 3 days. 3 days later I go to the store again and now the manager is sayin my ps4 can’t be fixed that it’s just better to get a new one and he will give me a new one with my drive on it and he will call me and let me know when I can come pick it up. So a few days go by and I did not receive no updates at all, so I call the store again and the manager tells me to come the next day that it’s ready. So the next day is TODAY, mind you it’s been 3 weeks since I dropped off my ps4. So I go to the store and now another man is telling me that the ps4 cannot be fixed and the manager said he is just going to give me a refund after he just told me the night before he is putting my drive in a new ps4. So when I get home I plug my ps4 in and now my ps4 is blinking red as soon as it turns on and all this time that I had my ps4 it NEVER blinked red. Overall, these people are terrible and I 100000% do not recommend for anyone to come here to get anything fixed.

I feel like one star is perfect for the service I got at this place. For one, The communication is terrible. I signed up for the text updates and received no update whatsoever. I had to call them, and even when you call them, they barely answered the phone. They have two phone numbers and it seemed as if none of them ever worked because they never answered the phone and whenever they did, The urgency and my tone never got matched. I need my laptop for daily work and it took them four weeks to replace a battery and I understand that they had to ship the battery in, but it would’ve been nice to be updated on that. Without updates, It seems like they’re not doing their jobs. I called them up one time and they said I could come pick it up on Wednesday. I called them again, and then they go, “Oh, it’s not gonna be ready on Wednesday.” and just shrug it off. Why tell me it’s going to be ready on Wednesday if that’s not the truth? I just don’t understand what the problem is. The only thing that saves them from getting a zero is the fact that I can’t give them a zero and also They did fix my battery. That is the only saving grace, but I went in there to pick up my laptop finally and they lost my charger!! so they gave me one for free but how do you lose something that comes with the thing that you were supposed to be fixing? I gave you my charger at the same time I gave you my laptop why are they not being stored together in the same area? I don’t understand the incompetence of this place. I will never go back there. I don’t understand how they have such high ratings when the service is so bad. And everyone just everyone acts like they don’t know what they’re doing when this is their entire job I don’t understand this place, but I would never ever go back.

I brought my PlayStation five to computer house to have my HDMI port fixed. They did such a great job I highly recommend this place.

I try to live life without regrets but, unfortunately, I've had to deal with Computer House so that won't be possible. I was quoted a 3-5 day turnaround on a camera repair and it has been several weeks with absolutely no communication. I've called to check in over a dozen times and the responses are as follows: put me on hold indefinitely, hang up on me, and claim I'll receive an update by the end of the day which never comes. To call the customer service poor is a gross understatement. At this point, it feels like my property is being held hostage. Should I hire a hostage negotiator? Is that what I have to do to get my camera back? I'm talking directly to you, Computer House. Please respond.

Sent in my mom’s computer about a month ago for some repairs. They told us it would be done in about a week. For a MONTH they strung us out telling us they were just “waiting for a part to come in.” Every time we called they assured us they would call us back and I am not exaggerating when I say they literally never did. Eventually they told us to come in and buy a different computer from them because it would be cheaper. Okay, fine, we go in, we buy their computer, we leave. When I get home I open it and it is signed in to a complete stranger’s account. I tried to find a way to switch user profiles but it wouldn’t let me so I called the store. They assured me they would call me back after they look something up. I wait. No call back. I call again after a fee hours. This time I ask WHEN they will call me back. They say “within forty-five minutes.” I wait an hour and unsurprisingly there is no call back. We call again and they tell us to come into the store so they can replace the drive. Apparently they put the wrong drive in the computer they sold us. Okay, fine, we go in. They tell us it will take them five minutes, we’ll be in and out. It takes them about an hour and a half, which would have been fine if they just hadn’t lied to us about how long it would take. Finally we get the computer. We go home. I open it up. IT DOESN’T WORK.

Fixed my IPhone in literally 1 Hour ! It came back perfectly fine matter fact better !! This is the most recommended phone fix computers fix any technological issues come to see my guy Mr.Larry most respectful well thought out Tech-Repair Man Yk ,, Don’t say I didn’t tell you so !!!

Went to Computer House and was able to get a Lenovo Charger and nobody else had one. I went to 4 other stores including Best Buy and nobody had it! They saved the day for me. Thank you Computer House!!!

Without writing an essay, lets just say these guys go out of their way to help you out - and I would encourage anyone to use them for all your computer needs and everything else they have to offer. I am forever grateful to the staff at Computer House and am thankful there are a few good people left in this world.

I have been here numerous times for a variety of issues with my computer. Every single time, the staff has been incredibly prompt and friendly and have been able to help me out on the spot. This was the worst experience ever. The owner Larry did not return phone calls or texts. Several deadlines and promises were not met. I finally went to the office to get my Mac.There were several angry customers there. Larry was very disrespectful and lied and said the tech was just finishing work. The tech came out and said he could jot fix my Mac. I demanded a refund and my computer. The owner lack professional and is inexperienced working on Macs
