For the location on Sidco Drive:The staff was courteous and the customer service they provided was awesome! No long wait time in seeing the doctor after you were seated in the room. The lounge was clean. Great doctor experience!

Just avoid taking a drug test here, was given a urinalysis and had no temp reading on cup. Told I couldn't leave until I retested or it would be an automatic failure. Retested after two hours and need another test done because results were incomplete "potentially dilute". Cheap tests that'll mess up your livelihood, go somewhere else if given option.

Office felt rather impersonal and very much like a sit-and-wait clinic.Lots of phone app use for filling out forms. Didn't like that.Wait was a touch long (two hours before going into exam room.Front counter staff was quite nice and friendly. So was the medical prep personnel. Doc was efficient.

Concentra staff were pleasant and efficient, however, I’ve been waiting over 7 days to get my drug screening results back…that is just simply unacceptable. They use Quest labs who are notorious for this kind of thing. So much so that the State of Florida refused to use them during the Covid outbreak. I recommend getting your screening done elsewhere.
