I just bought a full set of couches for my living room . And the love seat came damage we checked the same day that we picked up. And called the store to notified them about the damage !! They had no idea where to send me or call to do the claim . We paid 1,000 dollars extra for a protection plan . And they are saying that that doesn’t cover it !!! My wife has been calling multiple times to resolve this and she gets the same answer!! This is fraud from the store and finance store !! I will be getting a lawyer for this !! So people please be careful and don’t buy here !! And don’t fall for the protection plan !!!

Purchased an oven the first week of December this year. Were told it would take about two weeks and would be delivered on the 26th of December. Had to pay a $62 and some odd cents restocking fee. Get a call on the 26th and that oven would not be delivered until November 24th of next year. Talked to Jonathan and told him I would be in to get that $62 and some odd cents back. He supposedly talked to the store mgr. who was off and told me that it was against policy to give return stock fee and had to call customer service. I did and was told that was a sore issue. How is something supposed to be returned to stock if it is not going to be ready a year from now? As of now, Conn's seems to be doing shady business with one customer here. Jonathan needs to get to work on refunding an amount of $62 and some odd cents of mine. I do not think Jonathan talked to his store mgr.

Bought a table and chairs. After having it for 7 months, a child was sitting in the chair the leg snapped. Put in a warranty order for the chair in February. They notified us every week from then until July 26 that the part was on its way. In the 29th received another email denying the claim and saying it wasn’t under warranty. Filing a complaint with them and trying to get them to fix, they said it was not under warranty anymore. No one will help, and no one will return calls. If I could give it less I would.

I placed an order online while standing in the store in the presence of an employee. He informed me that once the order went thru online, I’d just have to drive to the warehouse to pick it up since they had some in stock. I got to the warehouse and the lady said that they hadn’t even received the order yet and that it could take up to 24 hours. I was misled into thinking I’d have my appliance the same day. I went home and woke up the next morning thinking for sure I’d be able to pick it up. I checked my email to find out that the order had been cancelled and my money would take up to 10 days to refund! So now I have to wait even longer to go find a different appliance store (since obviously I won’t be using Conns again) that can actually fill an order. I called to ask why my order had been cancelled and the lady was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I still don’t have answers or an apology. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Devin Ford was absolutely hands down the best sales associate I have ever encountered. He was very courteous and helpful. He even came in to work on his day off to assist my husband and I. Great Place, Great staff and great quality products!!!!!

They damaged my walls and they told me that I needed to call a painting company to come give me a quote and then they will pay for it. Why don’t you have a in-house team that handles these claims? It’s a huge inconvenience for me to have to reach out to a separate company for a quote. I need Conns to handle this because I simply don’t have time to deal with this! A discount off the total price would be the easiest way to solve this. If not y’all can just come back and pick the couch up & I will pay for the other items. The couch is way too expensive for my walls to be damaged on my first week of living here. Please respond! By the way I still tipped 100$ because they worked hard but they shouldn’t advertise as a white glove/red carpet service if they’re going to ding the walls up

Recently started working here and I won't be going back to even fully start the job. I feel I was robbed being as I was asked how much I wanted to be paid in my interview only to be told days into my training I was only being paid 10.88 an hour for 40 hour weeks. Not only that but the first few times I had asked I was only told "that will be determined after on boarding." So at that point they were refusing to tell me my pay rate. Work place is very dull and I don't really get any friendly vibes from anyone except maybe one or two managers and they mostly expect you to make most of your money from commission which from what I've seen so far rarely happens due to lack of foot traffic and excessively high prices on things you can get for much cheaper at Walmart or target without needing a credit card, or a credit check or a background check or a good credit score all just to buy a new couch set, room set or tv. Maybe if the pay was more and not something that's going to have me scraping by on paycheck to paycheck I'd give the job a chance but I was immediately met with underhanded sneaky behavior about my pay and don't even want to continue the job.

Never been to the store, Don't even live in the market.I did have a resume online and they replied to it asking me to apply and got my email and information from there...And then 4 days later I got a pre-approval for a credit card?That business practice is sad. Do better.

I’ve been buying furniture here for years, but not anymore. I was told I couldn’t make a $1,300 charge on my conns card even though I had $4,500 available credit with nothing else on the card. They also couldn’t give any explanation as to why. I called and canceled the card shortly after leaving the store. Don’t waist your time.

Prices are much higher than a lot of other places by several hundred. BUT they had supply and same day pickup for the appliance I was looking for. The appliances were on back order for weeks/ months everywhere else. Considering my level of need (washer and dryer), I took the hit. Unless you are in a similar situation, I would not advise going here. If you've just been notified that your appliances are not showing up tomorrow and in fact may or may not be showing up for 2-3 weeks then maybe stop by. They probably have what you're looking for.

Never have I seen or experienced an obvious bait and switch with "sale" pricing than at this store. Went in over a month before Memorial Day and found a furniture set that I liked and took a picture of the info card to have the dimensions and price which was "discounted" $200. I decided to wait for the holiday sales that all stores do, but found that the set was the exact same "sale" price. After asking multiple staff about the price, I was told that it was in fact the correct "sale" price with no additional discount for Memorial Day with no wiggle room of any kind. I always suspected stores did this kind of false advertising but was disappointed to see my suspicions confirmed. Can't recommend.

One star for the rudest manager ever On may 10 we came in as I was approved and we spoke to Frida , she gets 10 stars . Helpful not pushy.We bought a couch, , tv , lamp, mini arcade, rug, and a accent chair paying over 3,300 we asked for the matching throw pillows from our accent chair, Frida said sure . Today the manager is refusing to give them to us . I think he said his name was Nelson the connection is bad.Said they belong to the couch , and it’s not his inventory to give us . and they don’t even match.AFTER ALL WE JUST SPENT.Just a real tool, with no customer service skills at all.I ran over 70 different cosmetic counters all over the country and I would NEVER TREAT anyone as rudely as he was to me. He gets 0 stars . Maybe he should find another position where he doesn’t have to speak to people , cause it’s not his strong suit
