After a misunderstanding with my loan payment, this company towed my car. After a few hours on the phone with the dealership my car was returned to me. However the towing company damaged my car and exposes my hoses and tanks under the passengers side tire of my car.

My son was Involved in a hit and run accident on Tuesday night on I-40. We were able to get the car moved safely off the interstate one exit down. I didn't feel comfortable with him driving it so we called Copeland's to have it towed. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was super fast getting there, less than 10 min. We were in a bad part of Nashville and it was late so I really appreciated the quickness of his arrival. He had the car loaded up and gone in 10 minutes. Thank you so much for helping us in this very stressful situation and for your sense of urgency. I would recommend you to anyone.

The man was very rude he would not give my mother a ride just because someone else called, it was her vehicle and would not listen to her and tried to get my boyfriend to go with him to get the truck and when we refused he got mad and drove away, it also cost close to 250 dollars

The box truck I was driving died across a Nashville street. My boss called Copeland's and was told Mike or Mitch (?) would be there within the hour. He was, and instead of hooking a large wrecker to the truck for a 60 mile tow (from previous experience at least $1500) he ran an engine diagnostic test. He then phoned a mechanic and learned the glowplug controller had malfunctioned. When he disconnected it, the truck engine ran like a new one. He's a man of character who saved our ministry a great deal of money.

I was in Nashville, 5 hours from home. I needed a car towed to a dealership. I had been told all towing companies were busy due to the ice and snowstorm that had come thru but Copeland Towing was quickly there and everything was handled professionally. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you Copelands! Truck broke down after all the bad weather. They didn’t have any trucks available, but Copelands dispatched their friend Tracy, who did a great job. Thank you to Copelands and Tracy for getting us off the side of the highway quickly!

My friend and I got towed, our fault, parked in the wrong lot, no problem. But he got his gas syphoned out of his car in the 30 min that the car was on the towing lot. I show up to the lot to claim my car, and there’s two people and an aggressive dog. One of the people is egging the dog on and getting him riled up while he’s growling at me, the other person is laughing at this, obviously tense and uncomfortable situation for no reason. Then I pick up the car and they add a $21 fee labeled as “other.” I guess that’s the cost of not having your gas syphoned, which they couldn’t do because my gas cap was locked

My car was broken down. Answered phone on first ring, was to me in less than 10 minutes, and he even recommended a mechanic that was able to work me in and repair my car today instead of having to wait to get it repaired. I highly recommend them!Service: Car towing
