This place is horrible it told me to call cricket instead of canceling my line which my phone was stolen from my uncle which was on my line to call customer why would I call them if you’re working for cricket doesn’t make sense I definitely will not return here just lazy people who rather be on their phone instead of helping me out then wouldn’t give me my receipt I had to ask for it unacceptable!!!!

Best wireless service for the money. Your bill is always the same month in month out. Understanding and helpfull staff. Here is a hint when you go there, ask for the ACP program and see if you qualify. If you do qualify the program will pay $30 dollors off your bill but you have to ask ;)

Was told that wasn’t able to get my e sim changed here, told the employee I had my name as an authorized person but not the admin account. Went to another cricket and was able to change my esim without having the admin present in store. Unsure if they were lazy to do the process for some reason

Listen, if you go to this location you need to be careful and pay attention and get a receipt!
A couple of months ago I went in and got the newest iPhone. I knew it was $1200 but when it was done financing, it was $1700. I was so confused and he (the worker) played it off like he didn’t understand why it was that much and he said it was taxes!
So the worker told me since the phone was so expensive he was going to gift me with some accessories, he told me to pick out anything I wanted, little did I know he put the total amount that made $1700 without my knowledge. And he never gave me a received from that iPhone purchase because he put them accessories on it (without my consent) but I received a receipt from Progressive
Long story short I figured out that I was overcharged for the iPhone went up to the store and the supervisor apologize and we had to call Progressive financial place and re-done the whole contract and they took the $300 off and gave me three extra months to pay the phone off!
So just be careful and aware that these things are happening at the store but the supervisor was very nice and helpful!
