They should support the Hispanic Community and provide bilingual staff, since some of us unfortunately do not speak English. I'm not saying that we don't have to adapt and learn the language, but many people like me recently arrived in this country (and will continue to arrive). It is obvious that you will not learn in two months.
Although, to be honest, one of the clerks, through various actions, showed that he knew Spanish, but he said he did not know it. I get the impression that he simply didn't feel like talking about it.
Today I went to this store and thanks to a person who came to buy and if he knew English, he helped me translate.

Rep online and at the store verified that the phone I wanted to bring was compatible so I went down to the store to get a sim. Advised that I don't have the phone with me while at the store but if possible could I get the free phone promo that they have for the new service? Didn't care about the phone since I had one. Just got a sim at the store rep stated that if it said it would work then I'm ok. This was not the case. Go down again today 1 day after getting the sim which is still not activated and they can't do anything. The manager didn't even listen to the store rep try to explain what was going on before just shaking her head and saying no free phone because I had a number and account. Needless to say, I still have a sim card and no phone to use it on. The store manager is useless and uncaring. Glad it was only $98.22 that I wasted. And they don't do refunds at the store.

This store is amazing. It's tucked in mid-corner, right next to Nate's Barber. The specialists are very approachable and very intuitive and competent of their products and the onsite troubleshooting. Amazing experience! Saved me some money by fixing a simple problem to an aged android.CRYSTAL, MILLY, AND ALEX ARE ALL ON TOP! STORE IS VERY NEAT AND ORGANIZED! THEY ARE A GREAT TEAM AND EACH HAVE A SEGMENT IN THE ALLIANCE. YOU CAN'T FIND SUCH SERVICE ANYMORE SOO ECSTATIC TO BE WEIRD AND A FAN OF TERRIFIC SERVICE.
