Don’t get me wrong. The store is clean and spacious, but I do not like that is not mixed racial. They only have Latinos working here in a barely understand English, so they are very compatible with their own kind and have great service in attention when it comes to them, but when black people come in there.. it’s a different vibe and you can feel the chemistry in the air. The way they look at you from head to toe. You can tell who wants to work with you because they will speak first but the racism at this cricket on Labar Drive is beyond visible. They will do whatever to keep their job but if you don’t recognize that you are being a victim of racism, you would never know this cricket need to be shut down or have multiple braces in here that can be compatible with different people, not just Latinos me as in myself came to this cricket, and I had a disagreement with a worker there because he didn’t do his job on giving me my account number. He told me that I couldn’t get my information because I don’t have my receipt when I just left from up there 10 minutes ago which I know he did not forget me because I just left 10 minutes ago but to come back up there and to have a whole problem when I just paid $159 for something it’s very absurd. I do not like that Black people have to pay so much money just to be Mistreated.. and if a lawsuit ever care, I don’t think that no black person will ever win because of the video cameras being deleted

Don't waste your time with these clowns! I called to get info about my phone and they HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Very shady business in a very shady rundown area! This is to whomever was working around noon on 7/2/24! Terrible customer service!To the owner, "to hell with your response!"
