I had dropped my phone and it was not working. Cricketer couldn't fix it. I just had an account with them.... but the lady was super super nice. I can't remember her name but she helped me pick out a phone.

I recently needed a new phone so I stopped in. The young lady was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was really nice to receive such good customer service. I am 100% pleased with how helpful they are! Would definitely recommend this place. All three ladies were super nice and helpful. I believe the main associate who helped me was named Melanie. I hope that's right, she deserves a ton of credit!!!! Will definitely continue doing business here.

What terrible customer service! I went to this store on Saturday and when the girl came in she didn't even greet me late there looking at the cell phones hoping that I would stop using the cell phone and instead I decided to ask her if they had offers to which she replied very sarcastically that if not she had already seen the cell phones. I decided not to buy anything but I totally do not recommend that you go and if you do, do not go with Mrs. Kate

The customer service here is bad I came here today July 21, 2023 and what happened is that I wanted to transfer my phone service from metro to cricket and they said I have to call to cancel and everything but I know for sure during the years I have switched lines, they have to call to transfer from one company to another but they didn’t want to do proper customer service those two ladies there were being lazy I could just tell ?. So I went to another cricket location and there they did perfectly fine work. So they work for nothing.
