I have only started coming here after the corporate store closed in Rivergate. The manager, forgive me for not remembering his name. He is amazing very professional and patient. I recommend his store to everyone.

Prior to my visit to this Cricket Store across from Kroger's in Madison, the service was fine. But, just before Christmas, the young guy working there insisted on my private code to be able to pay my bill. I questioned him about security concerns, he lied I later found out. He insisted he needed to verify what was shown on the screen. I wrote it down for him. He said it was a new company policy. Or, I couldn't pay my bill. a few days later, I was locked out of my account, VPn was deleted and my phone unable to call out or receive calls and it had 13 viruses.Reported back to the sore. He lied some more and eventually told me I could talk to his relative who owned store. But, he had no idea when he would be reachable. He then asked me to leave the store he had other customers. Please do not go to the location in Madison. It appears to be a scam store. I'm still trying to get the matter rectified. I will let you know what happens. I
