They are very friendly and a little bit helpful while they are trying to get your money and get you to sign up. However When I had problems with my device and tried to go back into the store to get a resolution they came up with four different excuses at four different times to not give me any help. I found their customer service to be lazy and shameful I will not be doing business with this cricket or any cricket in it’s area ever again. Good luck to any one that does. The Manager, Grace, was very rude, disrespectful and not helpful.

I went in this location with expectations of purchasing an IPhone 12. The short sales agent wearing glasses immediately informed me the price of phone in a tone in which she had already predetermined I couldn’t afford. I then ask for a screen protector and a case. I also asked for AirPod pros, she comments those are expensive. I asked if they have a display phone she says no and shows me her personal phone. After pulling up my account I informed her I would be using my MasterCard, at this point she informed me they don’t process credit card transactions that high. I took my $2000 purchase down road where I was able to quickly obtain my desired items. There weren’t any signs stating this about credit card purchases. I asked what’s the max amount she stated like $300 or $400 smh umm pick one . I hope the secret shopper I send won’t receive the same level of disrespect.
