Came in to switch my phone over to Cricket. Staff was friendly and got everything set up without much hassle. They did offer some upgrades and accessories, but weren’t pushy about it. Store was clean and the whole process took less time than I expected. Overall, a solid and straightforward experience.

Went to this location on Wednesday February 5th around 11 am
The employee didn’t want help
no will, no desire, no intention to help a customer,
She was not helpful at all!

I went in the store on Tuesday, April 23 at 11 am and got bad service. The guy working was eating and acted like I was bothering him. I was trying to get service on a phone. He would not answer many questions... Just said.. I don't know. I went to pay and he said he had no change. I had to go to bank to get exact change, because he had no one dollar bills. Then no receipt said it was in my phone. I got no paper work and asked for my new number and he acted like I was bothering him. He was a jerk. Had food on my phone. When I left he never said thank you. My new service would not work and I asked him for a refund and he said.. he didn't know how to do it. I will call manager about this bad experience I had.

This is the best Cricket location I have been to. Very friendly service.The store representative/manager was a delight to work with. He was very informative and kind. He took care of our needs with kindness and patience, as well as all the other customers there. The location was clean and well taken care of as well. It was nice to feel so welcomed and taken care of. I strongly recommend this location for all of your Cricket service needs.
