HORRIBLE STORE EVEN UNDER THE NEW MGMT OF EARL! We bought new cell phones again on January 24th after giving them another chance only because they were under new mgmt, WHen activating my phone we realized my sim card was never placed in this phone from last year so took phone back in 25th to have sim card put in & the young kid popped it apart incorrectly so we asked him how to fix this but he claims we would have to call cricket at this point, first of all that IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NO MEANS then he hands us a paper with 800 number on it which goes to Cricket but we call them anyway to fix the problem but they want to send a refurbished phone. I take it to cell phone repair store myself on a Saturday, since I do work everyday myself but both cell phone repair stores claim parts would be hard to get on a new item plus expensive so fast forward to last week, I go bank in the Myatt Dr store again to see if manager is there during business hours only to be told the same thing to call 800 number but to request warranty dept this time, so we call again only to be told same thing that they can only send a refurbished phone, but I DID NOT buy a refurbished phone from Earl or his store which ultimately profited from my purchase. I go back into store for Earl to tell us it's been over 6 days....... HELLO THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED & REPLACED ON THE 25TH WHICH WAS ONE DAY LATER WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEE ON MYATT DRIVE POPPED THE PHONE APART INCORRECTLY RESULTING IN THE BUTTON DAMAGE THEN WE WOULD NOT BE GOING THRU THIS. THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER SUCCEED UNTIL YOU HAVE MGMT THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN STAND BEHIND YOUR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES & THEN TRY TO COVER THEM UP! WE WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP WITH YOU OR DO BUSINESS WITH YOU IF YOU FAIL TO FIX THIS NOR WILL ANY OF OUR FAMILY/NEIGHBORS. WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO THIS LOCATION FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, EVEN AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS MGMT BUT TRIED TO GIVE THE LOCATION ANOTHER CHANCE WHEN WE FOUND OUT IT WAS UNDER NEW MGMT BUT TURN AROUND TO GET TREATED LIKE THIS? NO WAY AND YOU WOULD NOT WANT YOUR FAMILY TO BE DONE THIS WAY AFTER PURCHASING A NEW PRODUCT EITHER SO HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU PERSONALLY EITHER!

This is The most shadiest business I have ever been to . The employees do not make you feel wanted or even like they want to help , they do not go the extra smile to meet your needs . They haven’t had a good review in months and the few good reviews were when it was owned by another guy … go at your own risk
