Went to get croc boots for my kid. Which they don’t sell. I find that odd because there are several other stores in Opry that sell the same lines of croc and I expected this flagship store to have all the products. They do stock every sort of charm to decorate your croc. But anyhow, the helpful staff suggested Amazon which indeed had croc boots. So,in the end, crocs-the-company still got my money.

Bad customer service. Was told my issue is not their problem and I needed to call corporate. Manager refused to speak with me. Employee who forgot to provide all pertinent information regarding an item is ‘conveniently’ no longer employed there. Last person I spoke to essentially yelled and huffed at me in front of other customers. Now I’ve been on the phone with corporate multiple times in hopes someone will provide a resolution.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was buying my son new crocs for his birthday and though he tried them on in the store, when he went to actually wear them, he determined that they were too tight across the top of his foot. When I went to return them, I walk in to find 3 associates congregated... none of whom greeted me. I approach them, and one (who was also on a cellular phone) asks if I need help. I say I need to make a return and the receipt is in the bag (added when he asked if I had the receipt). He looks and tells me collaborations and special editions are all sales final. So I asked, how am I supposed to know that these fall in that category (there are no special displays or store signage). He says it's on the receipt. Last I checked, receipts are given after a purchase is made. I told him that there should be signage making that policy known and asked if I could simply exchange for a pair my son could wear. The man (apparently the manager) began to gaslight me... telling me I had an attitude and is now refusing service (while his other associates are congregated, watching the exchange). I told him that I simply find it unacceptable that I should be stuck with a pair of $79 shoes, when the policy isn't posted anywhere. His response was that maybe I can sell them online. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Had a great experience shopping there the first time. The associate was very helpful and patient finding sizes. We made a pretty big purchase (crocs for our whole family and my niece and nephew). I ended up needing to return a pair I purchased that were on sale. When I arrived at the store today, I was told that I wasn’t able to return them as they were a final sale item (to clarify, they were not worn). I said I didn’t realize that as no one had informed me when I purchased them. The lady helping me very flippantly said it’s on my receipt. I checked my receipt and no mention of final sale. She began looking at her signage around the store hoping to find something that would say similar, they found nothing. When they realized it would only be fair to return the item as there was no final sale language anywhere, no one actually wanted to process the return. The associate clearly wanted her manager/superior to process it but the manager told her to do it. The associate did process my return in the end but I wanted to warn others because this was just a junk experience. I’m guessing after this ordeal, they’ll be much stricter on their return policy (which hopefully they post in store) and would hate for anyone else to wind up in my same spot.

Purchased a pair of Crocs from this store on March 13th. I only wore them while I was on my kayak, while I was putting my kayak in the water one of the back straps broke. This took place on April 23rd. I took the pair back into the store along with my receipt and asked for a new pair. The manager told me no. No other explanation, just no. Suffice to say, I was not happy. I paid $76 for a pair of Crocs that lasted one month. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR OF CROCS. I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely worst experience. I went to the store told him I never bought a pair of crocs and that I didn’t know what I was looking for. The woman found me a pair and the advertisement was for $60 but there was a promotion that would’ve made everything considerably cheaper. The woman told me that they didn’t have my size and chose another pair for me. I tried them on, a little light but left because she said they didn’t have 13 I bought. During the checkout, the other lady that was working with her a younger lady said why aren’t you putting in the discount it’ll make it cheap. The woman looked at her gave her head not smile and I ended up being charged $65 and change. The lady laughed as if it was funny like I didn’t hear it And told me if they didn’t fit, I could bring them back no problem exchange them. Got home tried to wear them. They didn’t properly fit and I went in the next day and they told me that I could not exchange them because they had been worn. When I walked in, I told him I needed an exchange for a bigger size the woman down in the same pile that the woman the night before had reached in and grabbed the exact pair that I should’ve gotten the first time size 13. I was politely informed that they had been wore and therefore they could do nothing for me. This is how you treat your customers. Your new customer to your product. will never buy a croc product from your store or company.

Neat store, but I would never buy a pair of foam "shoes" for the price they are asking. Although the draw is there from the teeneage crowd.

Neat store with great selection of crocs. Employees were not very helpful but it is not really needed for most things.

I was very excited with my family, because my children wanted to buy some new shoes. and when I went to the cashier I was served by a rude and bad-tempered boy. I told him look he says they are on offers and he said you don't deserve any offers, no staff helped me because I am Hispanic.
