Have no issues with manager, Peyman. He is always amicable, professional and does his best to keep on top of things. I had my storage unit broken into and things stolen, broken and trashed. Still haven't been compensated for damage, stolen items even though I had insurance. On top of that, to add insult to injury, they just raised my storage rates thirty dollars. That's two rate hikes in less than a year. I wouldn't recommend

Had a good experience canceling my rental. The manager was perfectly accommodating to all requests and questions and was willing to work patiently with me when I realized I had lost the key to my unit. Overall a positive experience, would recommend to anyone looking to rent a unit.

Wow! Such a nice place. Mr. Payman was wonderful. Really glad I went to this particular storage facility. I felt really safe and using the code for both in and out is brilliant.

I really liked this place. They have security cameras and as a second layer of protection you’ll need a security code to enter. Along with being budget friendly they give you a lock & key. The manager who helped me was awesome. Definitely recommend this place!

I have been using this storage unit for about two years and up until a few months ago I wasn’t very happy with the service. However, recently, they hired a new manager, Payman. He is the reason that I am leaving a five star review. His service is exceptional, he is very attentive, and cares about how his customers are taken care of and treated. I have worked with him on multiple occasions, and have been satisfied each time. Great job!

Thank goodness for the new manager! This place has really turned around and the customer service can’t be beat! We’ve had nothing but excellent service since they got rid of ‘what’s her name’ who was NEVER on the property. Highly recommend!

My husband and I drove 17 hours with our 5th wheel and were unable to use our original storage spot due to the camper being too large. Property Manager Ms. Susan was quick to give us a covered spot that fit our rig. She was polite and helpful, even staying after hours to ensure we could get it parked safe and right. SRoA is lucky to have such a hardworking and wonderful employee. Definitely recommend this location, 10/10!-Bryson & Dalton Jordan

I have been trying to get a hold of someone onsite for over three weeks now. The corporate office comes across as help, but they are a dead end and they can't even tell you when someone is going to be onsite. The last time I was up there I ran into someone leaving a note on the door because they were trying to pay their bill but could not reach anyone onsite. Seems very poorly managed overall which is disappointing because I don't think it was always this way.

One of the most frustrating organizations I have ever worked with. I reserved a parking spot for an RV. I then received an email confirming the reservation and staying that someone from the company would be in contact shortly. I waited a few days, and didn’t get any call, so I called the company to see what was going on.Every time you call, no matter what associated phone number you call, you are directed not to the facility, but to a call center in Florida. The people at the call center do not know details about the specific facility, and therefore can’t answer specific questions.I tried to get through to this Old Hickory facility numerous times in the next few weeks, and was unsuccessful each time. The person in the call center would try to call the facility and no one would pick up the phone. So the call center employee would email the facility with my contact information and a request to call me. That never happened, despite five or six such requests.Finally, the day of the reservation arrived. I started calling early trying to get through to the facility to figure out what I needed to bring or do to use the parking spot. I called about seven times, and never got through to the facility, again because the facility wouldn’t pick up the call from the call center.Eventually, I just cancelled the reservation and finally put an end to what was among the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

At first we were happy with Storage Rentals of America. The property manager, Laurie, did her best to make us feel secure and helped up with the best options for our huge move. After she left, things fell apart. The biggest issue, it was a scary place to be, especially alone. No one is ever on the premises. I was approached by someone that was sleeping in a neighboring unit. It was terrifying. I called the main number and the police. We vacated both of our units on February 22nd (with a huge moving truck) and the remaining items were removed on February 28th. Now, I am getting texts and emails about my past due account. I have called 3 times to let them know that we vacated…on the days that we left them empty. I also have pictures of our empty units. Do better to your true, loyal and paying customers. It is scary when people are roaming the units to find a place to sleep at night. More security is needed instead of gates that are left open. I am so so glad that I stopped my auto-payment.
