Came in to get allergy medicine and there was people stealing shopping carts over filled with stuff and the employee said this happens all the time but nothing is done so half the time they don’t report it. Very unsafe place, I just put the med down and left. At least Walmart does something about people like that.

The drive thru lane second lane for pharmacy pick up is always open; however, each time I pull up they always say it’s not working. Can you pull up to the first lane? I want to know then why don’t you place a cone or a sign that your lane is not working if it’s supposedly Not working. It’s a huge inconvenience to a customer to have to circle back just because of the lack of signage

Absolute trash of a pharmacy. Both my doctor and I are looking at an exact price for an RX via GoodRX, and after giving the exact 2 reps at CVS the correct BIN/PCN/GROUP #'s and Membrer # they both come back with a price almost $300 and they refuse to call my doctor so they can get on the same page and I have the proof. Besides the place being a dump, they are completely incompetent; the only reason we're trying to go through CVS was to save money on an RX b/c every other place is 50% more.

The pharmacy at this location is super busy, yet they are always communicative about which prescriptions they do/ don't have in stock and when. they will be filled. The store itself is not always super organized compared to other CVS locations, but again, it's a busy location.

I purchased a few things needed for home and picked up prescriptions. To my surprise I had coupons. My total was 16.00 but when I clicked the button it came up to. 6.96!!! I will be back.

Hours are possibly incorrect. I was there at 7:15am on 8/19/24 and they were closed--the store is supposed to open at 6:00 am. The lights were on, but the automatic doors wouldn't open and I couldn't see anybody inside.
