If you value you or your Children’s lives at all stay as far away from this dumpster fire as you can. Everyone in this pharmacy is completely incompetent, and should be let go immediately. They have consistently mishandled medication prescribed for my children that help with chronic illness. They are tardy with responses and clueless when it comes to their jobs. It is completely beyond me how a pharmacy can operate so poorly, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had my prescriptions transferred to CVS only because they stay open later than most pharmacies - BIG MISTAKE!!! This is the WORST PHARMACY EVER. Someone mentioned that the lady who works on the night shift is rude and they were exactly right. She completely ignores customers at the window. She's rude and could care less about the customers. They are sloooooooow EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'll be moving my prescriptions ASAP

The clerk that is on at 3:30pm is rude. I understand that one can become overwhelmed on a job. I worked in a high stress public service job for over twenty - five years. Non the less that does not excuse rudeness to a customer. There obviously needs to be training in phone ediquette!
This particular clerk has been rude in tone and action by hanging up the phone several times while the customer is still talking. Making information hard to understand . Giving out information in a way no one else at any pharmacy ever has! First by not giving her name . Second by telling the customer “you can’t call in until tomorrow.” Now I have never heard this before. I think the clerk is getting it mixed up as to when it will be ready to be picked up , as to when I can ask for a refill. She kept saying something about it being picked up on a certain date and 29 days. Then proceeding to argue when the customer didn’t understand this as she had never heard this before. Instead she could have said, “it’s still early to call it in can you call back tomorrow please? We’ll try to have it ready . Thank you Goodby. That way the customer understands what the clerk is saying. Just because you’re on the phone as opposed to inperson doesn’t mean you should be treated any differently. You still a paying
customer !!

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a healthcare worker myself and cannot believe how constantly horrific the customer service is. One day I was out with my 1 year old with a horrific ear infection and needed to pick up an antibiotic an hour after it was called in. I called to see when it would be ready as we were on our way. I was told they didn't have the time to fill it and it would be ready when it was ready. I called the Target CVS location and they were able to get it ready in time for us to walk in the door and pick it up. This location refuses to look into details (telling me my script was never faxed even when it was, refusing to look into the issue and see what happened and make it right). Every time we have to end up at this location we are treated as an inconvenience. Very, very poor service.

I used this CVS for the Minute Clinic and tested positive for Strep. I was given a prescription to which they couldn't fill in their pharmacy. I pickup up antibiotics at the CVS down the road which couldn't only fill half the prescription. We later discovered that this pharmacy had ample (8 bottles) of antibiotics. Despite the other CVS and I reaching out on several occasions to find a solution to get the other half of the prescription filled, the pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful. She consistently interrupted me, was impatient when I asked questions, and was very clear that it wasn't her problem. She had no desire to provide customer service and support myself or the other pharmacy. Would not recommend this pharmacy or location.

Will not be refilling prescriptions here again. I went to pick up my prescription a couple days after sending it in. I was told when I got there that they didn't have my medication in stock. I was told they weren't getting more of my medication until the end of the month and there was no CVS within 30 miles that had my medication in stock. The person working had zero empathy and acted like they didn't want to be there. If they had let me know this information when they went to fill my prescription, I would have had enough time to get this fixed before running out. Now I'm over a week without my prescription, trying to get a hold of my doctor, getting put on long holds at other pharmacies to check if they have it (many haven't) and dealing with the side effects of not having my medication.

No complaints at all with the MinuteClinic pharmacy. The MinuteClinic had a very simple and easy to use online registration. I was seen ahead of schedule for my appointment time and greeted with a very friendly physician assistant and the medical provider was fantastic. My concern was handled with a complete exam, explained easy to understand what the care plan was. The pharmacy quickly filled the script and I was able to get on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store itself though (retail side) had very high prices and looked inviting. Did not see one staff member of the retail floor and the floor was unkept with freight all over the aisles making it so you had to navigate around totes that were not being used CVS clearly has a long ways to go when making the retail side better but from the health side they are on the right track.
