Terribly rude and inattentive clerks. I hate self checkouts but when picking between them and the staff at this place I'd pick the self checkouts. Or I'll probably just pick Walgreens, Kroger or Publix as my pharmacy.

The pharmacist just called to tell me that day 1 does not start until the day after a prescription is picked up and she doesn’t know if patients take their prescription the day they pick it up. That’s unheard of and unnecessary. No one waits a day to take prescription medication. My insurance, store policy, and state law allow me to pick up my medication today and the pharmacist is refusing just for her own weird game she plays. I have been a loyal customer for years. When will patients be treated respectfully without the silly power trips? I realize this message means nothing to the pharmacist and nothing will change. Believe the bad reviews. They are all true.

My over the counter medicine expired in October 2024. Shelfs need to be scanned and I need to check before leaving the store.

I am trying to login to review my prescriptions online and the website does not even work. I have tried 3 different browsers on my PC and I have tried to login on mobile as well.

0 Stars! There's a woman Pharmacist who refused to help my brother. Said they are not taking new patients, but then refused to help in any other way. I called to see if I could get more info on why or what he can do, and she told me the exact same thing she told him. Absolutely no help at all.

I ran in to get a couple CoverGirl mascaras. I was greeted immediately, so nice, and everything I was intending to buy was well stocked and easily identifiable, as well as pricing. And I got a nice bonus coupon. This store was great and so were the staff! 100% this store is my favorite local CVS!!

This place is a joke. The male pharmacist has God complex to the point. He’s a literal fascist. He told me he wasn’t gonna fill my prescriptions because he didn’t want to and they came from another CVS? You can tell a lot about a person who says things like that. Apparently his wife runs everything and he has inferiority complex at home and he takes it out at work.

During a terrible snowstorm I called this pharmacy to transfer my daughter’s insulin prescription as her regular pharmacy had closed due to the storm. The tech I spoke with said it was no problem and started the process while I was on the phone. She told me she was “almost positive” it had gone through but her computer had froze up at the end. She took my number and told me she’d call back to confirm it was completed.Four hours later, no call back so I called them. A woman pharmacist with a strong accent answered. I explained the situation and asked her to check on the insulin. She looked it up and replied “this prescription is inactive”. I told her that couldn’t be right as it was fine a few hours before when I spoke to the tech. She argued with me telling me I had never called that store. I insisted I had. She held the phone away and loudly asked the staff if anyone had spoken to me. One girl confirmed she had and explained the computer issue. Then she got back on the phone and said “it’s inactive there’s nothing I can do.” I replied that I had just heard her staff tell her it was their fault it when inactive and I wanted it fixed. She denied they did anything to the prescription. I was very upset at this point and asked her if she understood this was insulin to keep my daughter alive and it was a snowstorm and I needed it immediately and they needed to fix it. She very rudely replied “call her doctor. We can’t do anything.”I hung up on her and called another cvs that immediately reactivated the prescription and had it ready for me in an hour.DO NOT GO TO THE CVS! This Pharmacist is DANGEROUSLY incompetent and incredibly rude on top of that. Pick any other CvS to use instead!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are they the slowest in town (be prepared to always wait at least 30-40 min in the pick up line) but there’s something wrong almost every single time I get my prescriptions. From not finding prescriptions and then “magically”finding them when the doctor calls. to not communicating when something’s wrong and having to wait an hour in line to find out, to not applying our insurance correctly and accidentally charging too much until I ask questions and get it fixed. The staff are passive aggressive at best and downright rude at worst. The other bad reviews are absolutely on point. Take your business elsewhere.

I am never going back to this CVS location again! By far my worst experience ever. I was rushed and never felt valued. It was like I wasn’t welcome in the mini clinic by the guy that was working in it. I was only there to get 2 vaccines and his tone tick me off instantly. He wanted to know the name of the doctor who referred me to get the vaccines because based on what he was saying I am not supposed to get one of the vaccine passed 26 which i assure him that the age has been changed. I was calling to get the name of my newly PCP and he was like I only have 5 minutes and i can’t wait for you, you have to schedule another appointment. So I walk out. I went to another location and the level of professionalism was exceptional.
